Tera Mare is rustic villa in the traditional Italian style and enjoys a reputation of being one of the best top 10 boutique villas on the Lycian Coast. İt provides a Heated pool, American Pool Table and an outside Jamie Oliver Pizza Oven and BBQ. It has charm in abundance. As you walk through a bower of foliage you discover an array of colourful suites and studios with their own unique decor built around a infinity Heated Pool. The garden is a blaze with bougainvillea, vine, orange, pomegranate and lemon trees. From its site above Kulube beach club Bay Villa Tera Mare to offers glorious views both inside and out. It’s picturesque roof terrace, has the infamous 'Ten Tola Bar' and lounge area, where families and friends gather for breakfast and is the most marvelous setting for sundowners and long dinners under the stars in the evening. Villa Terra Mare has 6 luxury bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite master bedrooms, with breathtaking panoramic views across the sea, islands and mountains; situated 150m from the exclusive Kalamar beach. Villa provides a Jamie Oliver Pizza Oven & BBQ, with cable TV and Netflix channels. Villa also has a security alarm system and safe.

Heaven on Earth and a Roof Top Bar

We had an absolutely amazing time in Kalkan and Kas. The rooms were very spacious which was important as my family is very large and the boys are all very tall. The king-sized beds - the en suite bedrooms, the well-equipped kitchen - outside tables and living areas - AND THE ROOFTOP BAR - made us all feel very comfortable and we all had our own space. The views were stunning and the entire travel party expressed their appreciation for such a lovely home - in a beautiful vibrant mountain-side mediterranean village - plenty to do and see - and only 30 MINS from Kas. Our house manager Kaan was very responsive to all our questions and provided recommendations - we would definitely recommend this home to other families and travelling parties.

All round great!

Fantastic - from booking and information prior to arrival and response to any queries was very good. Then on arrival at airport and transfer to be met at the property by Kaan in the early hours who explained everything we needed to know. He was then readily available by phone or text and again helped out with anything we needed and also sorted out a boat trip for us. The pool guy and staff who brought replacement water bottles and logs for pizza oven all very helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. A big thank you to Kaan. Cheers!

Villa Tera Mare 18-28th June 2022

We stayed as a group of 7 friends for 10 nights. Lovely spacious well equipped villa with a fab pool. Good communication with mustafa. Who was helpful prior to arrival and once we arrived. Taxis into town cheap and easy to arrange. Only downside is the pool area feels quite enclosed, but it wasn’t too much of a problem as we spent most days out exploring. Wonderful stay, thank you 😊

Fantastic week at Villa Tera Mare

We are just back from a fantastic week at Villa Tera Mare. The Villa was just like it looked in the pictures. Loved the huge roof terrace with gorgeous views out to sea and Snake and Mouse island. The Villa is very well looked after and communication in regards to check in and transfers was all very smooth. Kalkan is a beautiful part of Turkey to visit. The people are so friendly, the quality of restaurants is very high and scenery is beautiful. Lots to do in the surrounding area. We had such a fantastic holiday. Highly recommended

Villa Tere Mare

We booked a very last minute trip to Turkey, and we found this little gem. The villa is spectacular and such a pleasure to live here for the week. We have had an amazing time. We had three adults and four children, and they have loved this place too. Mustaffa the owner is incredible, thank you so much to him for looking after us above and beyond. He made sure we had food the first night and helped us order pizzas, organised for water to be delivered, we had a welcome pack left for us which really did help us get by for the first night and day, thank you again, this was such a lovely touch. We are so grateful for everything you have done for us Mustafa, and for looking after us so well. 10 out of 10 place, you will not regret booking this villa.

Smooth communications with Tera Mare and local manager - Kaan, from booking to checkout. Kaan was very accommodating- we arrived at the villa at midnight. Very nice welcome basket on arrival. Kaan promptly responded to a couple of hiccups. We would gladly stay again.

Absolutely fantastic! Can’t wait to come again!

Villa terra mare is absolutely beautiful, we had the best time! We were a group of 10 and although there are loads of sunbathing areas we all wanted to be together by the pool and there isn’t a massive amount of room on the pool patio but other than that it was incredible! Amazing location, the staff were very helpful and nearby restaurants and shops etc were amazing! Couldn’t recommend it more! We went end June beginning of July and it was ROASTING so the air con was extremely welcome but outside ceiling fans would make evening meals much more comfortable! Overall it was an incredible stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Très belle Villa avec très bon service

Nous étions 2 semaines en août 2019, 7 adultes et 2 bébés, et nous avons tous beaucoup aimé le grand confort de la Villa Tera Mare. Excellent service à l’accueil et pour toute question pendant le séjour. Décorée avec goût, belles grandes chambres, moderne. La vue est magnifique au bar, tout en haut, malheureusement pas du RdC (vue bouchée par une autre Villa).

Such a lovely stay - we’ll be back!

Fantastic accommodation - if anything, a little but nicer than the lovely photos suggest. The house was very well equipped, so it felt like a very comfortable and homely stay with everything that you needed at hand. Felt very supported by Derman, property manager, who went out of her way to help. Organized transport to and from the airport made those transitions very easy. Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir waren eine Familie mit 9 Personen, das Haus ist sehr groß auf mehreren Ebenen, top gepflegt, Küche gut ausgestattet. Schöner Pool. Die rooftop Bar ist sensationell! Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist top im Vgl. zu anderen Ländern, wo wir auch schon Häuser gemietet haben. Reinigung des Aussenbereichs/Pool war auch täglich vorhanden. Mustafa ist bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle gewesen. Lokale und Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ebenso in 5 min fussläufig erreichbar. Weitere Bars, Restaurants und mehrere grosse Supermärkte mit dem Auto nach 5-10 min. Die Einheimischen sind außerordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Resümee: Sehr empfehlenswert, man hat dort alles was man braucht. Gerne wieder!

4 generations in one villa!

We had an amazing time in villa terra mate. Villa was everything we wanted and accurately described. Perfect for large families there was 10 of us ranging from 7 months to 72. there is lots of space to socialize and also places to hide away for a while. Kalkan a short taxi ride away (20 lira) is a lovely resort. Taxis are recommended as the area is very hilly. Only slight negative for me was the beds are quite hard but that's just me. If I manage to get my while family together again like this would definitely return.

Beautiful property with authenticity

My family and I had a great stay at Villa Terra Mare. It is located Kalamar Bay side of Kalkan so is a short taxi drive away from the main town and costs 20lira. The roof top bar has great views across the bay and we made use of watching the sunset here in the evening. Every bedroom was large and spacious and there were lots of different areas to the villa which meant you could also get some alone time if you wanted. The one point I would say let the villa down slightly was the fact there wasn’t a lot of space around the pool and the sun didn’t hit the sun beds until midday - but not a big deal breaker! Mustafa was a great host, he was contactable all the time and was always very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this villa!!!

Great family holiday in Kalkan

We decided to book Villa Tera Mare due to its large size (group of 10) & quirky features. Upon arrival the villa did not disappoint with a fantastic open plan kitchen/living space, plenty of outdoor seating & a good sized swimming pool. A few more sun-beds around the pool would have been nice but it didn't stop us making full use of the outside areas. The stand out feature has to be the rooftop bar which provides stunning views of the bay & is the perfect setting for evening drinks! Kalkan itself is a beautiful place with lots of restaurants & bars. Some are within walking distance along with a small supermarket (prepare for lots of hills though!) but a taxi to the centre is roughly 15TL so we headed there most nights for the extra variety. We'd definitely recommend staying at Villa Tera Mare. It's perfect for large groups & the quirky decor & features of the property add that little bit extra to your holiday experience!
