Romantic Stone Villa With Private Pool Just 100m From The Beach

  • This comfortable stone villa is just perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. Located right by the water front in Kisla bay, the stunning turquoise sea and beach front is just metres away.  At Fistik Ev you can relax in privacy around your private plunge pool or enjoy the social atmosphere at one of the near by beach clubs. The nearby beach clubs of “Kalkan Beach Park”, “Green beach” and “Villa Mahal” can all be visited for a small daily fee, and  offer sun beds, umbrellas, café or restaurant and water taxi services into Kalkan harbour.

    The Fistik Ev is something different from the usual Kalkan holiday villa, designed for cool, comfortable and private living.  The layout is upside down with a first floor open plan living area and balcony overlooking the sea. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor with cool garden views.

    The ground floor bedroom is spacious with French doors and windows overlooking the mature garden planted with native fruit trees, jacaranda and Norfolk island pine. The bedroom features a comfortable super king double bed, his and her double wardrobes, bedside tables and makeup table. Next to the bedroom is a large air conditioned bathroom with separate walk in shower and corner bath. The bathroom windows have one way glass for additional privacy.

    The first floor open plan living area offers sea views from every angle. The handmade kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, a large fridge/freezer, Franke oven and hob, extractor and dishwasher. A dining area and lounge with L-shaped sofa completes the living space. French doors from the lounge connect to a sweeping sea view balcony which gets the full sun from lunchtime to sunset. To the rear of the living area is a smaller second balcony which gets morning sun and afternoon shade.

    The front balcony is furnished with seating for two including a dining table. The rear balcony has seating for two and small coffee table. Outside the Frangipani garden terrace has a private plunge pool (2.0 x 4.5m) with roman steps, two sunbeds and large umbrella.

We had the most wonderful stay in this gorgeous villa .wonderful views of kalkan bay on the balcony .great location lovely pool just right for two .so quiet and peaceful which is just what we needed .Bridget was wonderful throughout organising transfers for us and was at hand if we needed anything. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. Would highly recommend this beautiful villa for a gorgeous relaxing holiday will definitely be back

Wow what a gem ! Spectacular views and amazing sunsets gorgeous villa

All went seamlessly Briget arranged our airport transfers and was on hand for any questions. Well equipped with everything you need including water that was refillable. A few restaurants within walking distance but easy and cheap to call a taxi for the 7 min ride over the hill to Kalkan or take the boat from the beach clubs ! Perfect stay would higly recommend

This was our first time visiting Kalkan and we were not disappointed.Fistik Ev is a beautiful stone villa with stunning views in the very quiet area of Kisla. The owner Bridget has thought of absolutely everything and anyone considering booking will certainly not be disappointed, you will not want for anything.It’s close to local amenities within walking distance or a short inexpensive 5 min taxi ride and you are in the centre of Kalkan town with its beautiful harbour and lovely Restaurants. We have had a wonderful holiday and Bridget even arranged for transfers to and from the Airport for us.We have wanted for nothing and I’m sure we will be back.

Fantastic communication and on site help from owner. Lovely location with superb views from balconies. Superb facilities including an office style water dispenser with free replacements delivered to the door. Beautifully clean and well maintained. Stylish decor. Fresh lemons from the garden. The best place to stay

We have been coming to Kalkan for more than 15 years. Fistik Ev is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The location for us is perfect. Kisla is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be tranquil and peaceful. But you can water taxi into the town when the bright lights beckon. The Villa is great for couples. The pool is perfect for cooling off in and then there’s that view from the balcony. Try it - You won’t be disappointed

Amazing property and stunning view

staying across the bay from Kalkan is a must as the location of this property at Kisla beach has the best view. The villa is as described , totally beautiful inside and out. However you need to go to Kalkan, by taxi to go to the supermarket as the local ones are small and expensive. The owner was on hand from the beginning and throughout and I definately recommend her airport transfer service. It is just a shame that the Turkish economy makes it an expensive holiday

Lovely villa

This property has everything you could want to enjoy your holiday in a lovely villa with great view of the sea. The plunge pool was welcome but very cold. This didn’t deter from the property as it is walking distance to Mahal beach club and Kalkan beach club. You need a taxi to get into town or use the water ferry from beach clubs. They do charge same price as taxi but more scenic ride! The host leaves detailed notes on everything and was easily contactable. The apartment was clean, well equipped and felt like home from home. Would highly recommend

Very good - exactly at stated!

This villa is exactly as stated in the description and in photos. It was very clean and perfect for two guests. Bridget is very helpful and supplies a complete guide to the villa and the area. We would love to stay again if we return to Kalkan.
