2 bed self contained furnished flat with pool, 5 mins from town and beach.

This exquisite first floor apartment with ground floor access (no steps) has two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom and is positioned on a quiet road with completely uninterrupted views over Kalkan harbour, minutes from the main town. Sleeping 4 -6 in total, it has a swimming pool, balcony, outdoor terrace and parking. Free WiFi and Bills are included, and there is a remote controlled air conditioning unit in every room. It’s a 4 min. walk to the Carrefour supermarket and a further 5 min. walk to the beach, through the cobbled streets. I also have the flat below if you have a larger group and want to spread out, out, and you are likely to have exclusive use of the pool, terraces, grounds and gardens as the top floor flat is rarely used.

The property itself is situated in a fabulous location with a south facing balcony that gets the best of the sun all day long, and with wonderful, uninterrupted views across the harbour and sea. The sort of flat you would love to be able to live in all year long! I provide a return taxi from and to the airport (through my agent at a small cost) or travel directions for those making their own way to the property, and a full list of instructions for getting the best out of the property and the surrounding area with recommendations of the best restaurants and cafes to go to will be sent by e-mail once the booking has been received. I also provide a welcome pack for my guests at no extra cost.

I am available on e-mail and phone and will respond to questions and queries straight away and usually within a few minutes. I also have a very friendly agent who manages things very efficiently for me in person and will tend to everybody's needs. I am very experienced in hosting and hospitality and thoroughly enjoy giving customers a first class experience.

The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing. You have the choice of lying on the sun loungers by the pool, sitting on the balcony, enjoying the shaded outside terrace or venturing into town to go to the many shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and markets. You do not need a car as everything is a very short walk away, however, it is useful if you wish to visit Kas, Saklikent, Patara beach, Tlos or any of the other nearby beauty spots.

The property is great, very clean, amazing view, nice pool, (as in the attached picture),Even though the road is not far from the property, this is not disturbing at all since there is not much traffic, it is possible to go by foot to Kalkan city center, the marina and the beach are less than 5 minutes away by carour stay was very pleasant and I would come back there with great pleasure

Amazing views

John the host needs to update his photos of the apartment as the don’t do the place justice. The bathroom is a little tired but the rest of the place is lovely. Oh boy, those views!

Beautiful apartment overlooking the Sea. Great location if you don't mind the steep 10 minute walk into town. Wasn't a problem for us but would be difficult if you had mobility issues. John the owner was terrific. He is a great communicator and has everything well organized. We would stay here again.

One hundred percent perfect.

This two-bedroom apartment ticked every box that was required. The swimming pool was big enough to do some swimming and also to indulge in a bit of fun with my son. The WiFi was perfect; my son will vouch for that. Both rooms were big and spacious. But for us both, having our dinner in the evening on the balcony overlooking the town was fantastic with uninterrupted views.  It may look like some distance to the seafront, but rest assured it is not; even for a 63-year-old, I walked there and back most days. The Host: John was a fantastic host; we could not fault him; he was on call 24/7 for any advice or problems we may have had.  Everything you need and require is about 10/15 minutes away, max. Yes, it is near a main road, but even myself, being a very light sleeper, did not suffer any lost sleep or irritation over it.  I also noticed somebody complained about the very few swimming places. There are a number of swimming places, which you can get to by free boat taxis. Kalkan is not a sandy beach area, but that did not worry us. And if you want to go to a sandy beach, there are a few around that you drive to. But we were happy with what we had in the not-so-overcrowded areas that you find on a beach.

Appartement agréable avec une très chouette piscine. Mais une très grosse route sous l’appartement ( a quatre voies) qui fait vraiment beaucoup de bruit. Et très peu de lieux de baignades alentour.

Great value appartment with stunning views

Our 2nd time staying here and had a lovely 2 weeks. John’s appartment is well located a short (but steep) walk from the old town and harbour. Communication was excellent as always, appartment is comfortable with air con and a shared pool. Would definitely stay again.
