"The facilities advertised on the Sandele website and on Expedia did not in any way match what we encountered when we arrived. Our advice is not to go to this resort unless you have first hand information from a visitor who has stayed there after 5 March 2019 to confirm the status of the facilities ..."

"We were left baffled about the management and experience of your booking agent. You took £489.00 from my account for the payment, I explained that my husband has health problems, so that we can search for another accommodation to accommodate his needs but you refused to refund the payment.
