"4.5 stars. We stopped for one night, and had an overall good experience. It was clean, everyone was friendly, the A/C worked, the pool was lovely. My only caveats were the fact that we booked for a family of 3, but bedding was not provided for the sofa bed and when I went downstairs to ask for it, I was told there wasn't any. Thankfully we had brought a sleeping bag, but that didn't seem right. Breakfast was available but basic. The breakfast attendant was friendly and kept it very clean."

"Good news was the breakfast and location near our destination. Large fridge and freezer is good. The room was generally clean but the kitchen floor was a little sticky, the toilet seat moved, and the couch in the TV Room was either broken or underneath the cushions or frame on the one side was lower than the other side. They could of gave us a few extra towels as we were there for 2.5 days and no cleaning done to the room. Overall I would rate it a "B""

"There were urine stains on the toilet, footprints in the shower, front staff was very rude. There were homeless people walking around parking lot. There was an abandoned hotel next-door, They were staying in. Hotel was loud, and very crowded with people walking up and down the aisles, and playing music in the parking lot."

"breakfast was good and a lot of variety. Even with kids teams that must have been there for tournaments, they enforced quiet time and didn't interrupt our visit. Room was updated nicely"

"This hotel houses a lot of people who smoke weed and are extremely loud. The rooms are filthy, the refrigerator was disgusting a drawer was missing and it had not been cleaned. The sheets and pillow cases were so stained with dark brown and reddish stains covered in fuzz with strands of hair. The downstairs shower head was almost broken off and just dangling. Both tubs walls were cracked. The pancake machine broke the 2nd day because they ran out of pancake batter. The only positive was they had...

"While staying there for 6 nights we had a excellent experience. The staff working there were exceptional. During our stay my daughter lost her phone thinking in the pool area. The staff worked hard with me until the phone was found. I thank you again so very much ❤️"
