In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Ahlesbrücke" 90 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 19 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, ski lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Member for Silvretta Card Premium: valid from summer 2023 - unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.

Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC and satellite TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, shower/WC and satellite TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). 2 balconies. Terrace furniture. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Fridge-freezer available, all bathrooms have a cosmetic mirror and a hairdryer. Highchair and baby cot are available on request. Second floor: underfloor heating and each bathroom has a towel warmer. Safes are available in every room. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Great Hosts! Very Comfortable

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Large dining area was great for our group.
