Vacation home Backbord with roof terrace, directly on the water with Baltic Sea & Schlei view

Since April 2018 you can enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the newly built holiday home "Port" in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz.
At about 100 m², our guests receive the maritime holiday feeling as soon as they enter the house. Close to the beach luxury holiday house with roof terrace and a charming view of the Schlei.

The open combination of food and living on one side with well-equipped kitchen and the living area on the other side makes this house an oasis of well-being. Through the floor-to-ceiling window fronts there is plenty of light in the house and at the same time a magnificent view of the water. The separate guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.

On the first floor our guests expect two bedrooms and a large shower room with large Finnish sauna. From the first bedroom, our guests have direct access to the balcony overlooking the Schlei.

On the private terrace with view of the Schlei, equipped with garden furniture and electric grill, you can watch the passing ships and enjoy the unique view. In front of the house there is a private parking space available.

The cottage port is part of the northern, exclusive Baltic Sea Olpenitz. Please note that there may be some construction work in the area. We are happy to inform you about the current status. However, we have no information as to when future work will be carried out.

Wer Erholung sucht , ist hier genau richtig!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in Olpenitz. Den Häusern mangelt es an nichts. Schön eingerichtet, traumhafter Ausblick und Sauna für ein wenig Wellness. Für erholsame, ruhige Tage perfekt. Wer Action sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz. Das Resort punktet mit der Traumlage der Häuser am Wasser. Aber leider hat man das Gefühl es ist ausbaufähig. Mehr Lokalitäten oder mehr Auswahl an der Promenade wäre wünschenswert. Aber nach Kappeln ist es nicht weit und das kleine Städtchen lohnt sich. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Super sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, gemütlich und ausreichend Platz auch für 5 Personen. Super, um mal ein paar Tage komplett zu entspannen

gemütliches Haus

Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschieden an die Ostsee zu reisen. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bietet alles was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Check in Process einfach und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur bestens. Gerne auf ein anderes Mal.

Top Mietobjekt, top Service

Wir hatten das Objekt mit 4 Leuten über Weihnachten gemietet, es gibt nix zu bemängeln, im Gegenteil. Sogar über die Feiertage war der Service super und wir konnten super entspannen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hauseigene Sauna und die Ruhe. Der Edeka keine 600m entfernt deckt alle Bedürfnisse. Gerne wieder!

Haus super, Umgebung ebenfalls mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Saune etwas zu beengt und es fehlten ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Dies wird aber ggf. auf unsere Anmerkung auch behoben. Das Resort insgesamt wird sicher schön. Derzeit noch nicht komplett nutzbar bzw. zu sehen, da noch Bauarbeiten im Gange. Diese störten den Urlaub aber in keiner Weise. Großes Manko sind aber die fehlenden Fußgängerwege im gesamten Bereich. Es gibt viel Verkehr, auch unabhängig vom Bauverkehr, und da man sich als Fußgänger die schmale Straße mit den Fahrradfahrern und Autos teilt, muss man schon gut auf seine Kinder (und sich selbst) schauen. Das empfinde ich für entspannte Fußwege zum Strand und in die Umgebung doch eher störend. Hier sollte daher dringend nachgebessert werden.
