The light-filled living and dining area, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, offers a magnificent view of the sailing and recreational boat harbor in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Relax on the comfortable sofas or enjoy the evening in front of the crackling fireplace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, flat-screen TVs, and spacious closets. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a Finnish sauna. The bedroom with a balcony invites you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine and the panoramic view of the harbor.

The location is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and beach lovers—the swimming pier and the white sandy beach are just a short walk away. Enjoy the two terraces, one with an electric grill and the other with a cozy beach chair.

Families are welcome: A high chair and a travel crib are available. There is a private parking space in front of the house with an electric charging station.
