    Furnished to a high standard and stylishly furnished, the bright and friendly MeerLeben holiday apartment scores points with its exclusive location directly on the harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz. Flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling windows and an impressive view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, this holiday apartment offers complete holiday luxury.



    Cosy barbecue evenings can be held on the balcony. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the fantastic sunsets that can be watched.



    The living area with sofa and large flat-screen TV offers plenty of space for cosy TV evenings. Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme, which can be enjoyed from the cosy sofa or the comfortable rocking chair. And when the flame is lit in the electric fireplace, cosiness takes over.



    The adjoining and extensively equipped kitchenette with a dining table for up to 3 people is ideal for lunches and dinners together.



    The cosy bedroom, equipped with a double box-spring bed, ensures a restful night's sleep. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room can also be made up for an additional person.



    Designed to be barrier-free, this holiday apartment is easily accessible by lift and has a level-access shower.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und meist hochwertig, die Lage auch besonders. Unser Aufenthalt im Februar war schön, aber im Sommer, wenn die meisten Wohnungen und Häuser belegt sind, könnte ich mir das nicht vorstellen. Anfang des Jahres kommen wir gerne wieder.

Urlaub wie er sein sollte

Sehr schöne stilvolle Wohnung mit Blick auf den Yachthafen. Vermietungsagentur + Ansprechpartner direkt im Haus. Edeka mit Bäcker nebenan. Netter Italiener um die Ecke, ansonsten bietet Kappel eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants. Sandstrand fußläufig erreichbar, auch in der kalten Jahreszeit schön zum Laufen. Alles in Allem - ORO sehenswert - lebenswert - liebenswert

Rundum gut, Ausstattung und Individualität der Wohnung war Spitze, es fehlt an nichts, allerdings sollte die Gesamtanlage nicht noch weiter zugebaut werden! Ihre Agentur sollte die Kommunikation mit dem Kunden auf das Wesentliche be- Schränken! Summa summarum: Wir werden wiederkommen, ein schöner Urlaubsort für die Entschleunigung des Alltags!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung der Wohnung. Nur, daß der Aufzug, laut einem Hausbewohner seit 2Jahren ausser Betrieb ist, hätte man schon vor der Buchung erwähnen sollen und Miet mindernd berücksichtigen müssen. Leider stellt sich Novasol in dieser Sache recht stur.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich mit der Wohnung.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich mit der Wohnung. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ansprechend und die Lage direkt an der Hafenpromenade perfekt. Vom Balkon aus und durch das Panoramafenster hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf das Hafenbecken und konnten von dort aus an einem Abend sogar Schweinswale beobachten.Der kleine Strand der zur Anlage gehört war in 15-20 Fußminuten zu erreichen, der "richtige" Strand ebenfalls.Was man wissen sollte: in Hörweite ist eine kleine Strandbar die auch mal Abendprogramm hat. Aber nicht länger als bis 21/22 Uhr.Kleine Sache die aber nicht so schlimm war: die Kopfkissen waren für uns etwas zu hart,das ist aber eine persönliche Präferenz.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
