We recently spent a few days at the apartment in Olpenitz. While there were many highlights, the experience had some notable drawbacks. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning, uninterrupted views of the water and the peaceful atmosphere of the OstseeResort.
The Location: Truly unbeatable. Waking up to views of both the Schlei and the sparkling Baltic Sea made our mornings magical. It’s just a short walk to the beautiful Weidefelder Beach, making it the perfect base for beach walks and soaking up the sun.
The apartment itself is modern, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the main living areas felt cozy, bright, and stylishly decorated.
Unfortunately, the sleeping arrangements fell short. The single bedroom was very small and featured a short bed, making it quite uncomfortable. Because of this, it simply didn't feel like a proper holiday experience in that room.
Despite the room limitation, it remains a great spot to unplug and decompress. Whether we were enjoying a coffee on the terrace, exploring the local marina, or taking a trip to the zoo, the surrounding area helped us relax.
The check-in process was smooth. With a few updates to the sleeping quarters, this would easily be a top-tier choice for a seaside escape.
