Gorgeous apartment in Olpenitz

A holiday right by the sea. Situated on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this ground-floor holiday property boasts a fantastic view of the water and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace. The white sandy beach is in the immediate vicinity and the green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger. Wellness lovers will get their money's worth, infrared sauna (heat cabin) with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a whirlpool bathtub invite you to relax after a walk on the beach.



Fantastic views open up from the living area and the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. The harbour cinema provides entertainment during a sociable barbecue evening or a romantic candlelight dinner.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast right by the water. Pure holiday feeling.



Indoor entertainment is also provided by WLAN and satellite TV.



The two bedrooms offer access to the second terrace.



Underfloor heating, whirlpool bath and sauna promise comfort all year round.



There is a private car park and bicycle shed in front of the house.



The holiday property is an apartment on the ground floor.



Our favourite place: relaxing on the sofa at any time of year against a spectacular waterfront backdrop and watching the sailing boats enter the harbour.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.

Ferien an der Ostsee

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt ubd alles war vorhandenen. Sogar eine Strandmuschel. Das einzige was ich vermisst habe, waren Fliegengitter an den Fenstern.

Ein wirklich tolles Resort, es wird noch schöner werden wenn die Bauarbeiten fertig sind, eine wirklich mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, kann ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen

Wohnung mit Ausblick

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Wertige Küchenausstattung, sogar ein Rührgerät und Kuchenformen zum Backen sind vorhanden. Top!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Gute Abwicklung, genaue Beschreibung der Wohnung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Der Blick in Richtung Ostsee und Schlei ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Resort ist gut geeignet für Urlaub als Paar. Es gibt leider keine Gehwege und keine Radwege. Fußgänger müssen sich die Straßen mit den Kfz teilen. Zurzeit auch noch mit den Fahrzeugen der Handwerker. Das kann nerven und man muss auf Kinder und Hunde sehr aufpassen. Der Weg bis zum Ein-/Ausgang ist weit, je nachdem wo man wohnt. Das System des zentralen Abfallsammelplatzes mit Zugangschip am Eingang zum Gelände ist grundsätzlich praktisch. Da man aber bei der Abreise den Schlüssel abgeben muss, kann man den Abfall auf der Heimreise nicht mehr entsorgen, es sei denn, man fährt den ganzen Weg (Probleme s. oben) am Abreisetag schon vorher. Das ist unpraktisch. Dass es auch keine Restaurants oder Kneipen gibt, war uns bekannt und wir waren vorbereitet. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Pizza-Taxen waren jeden Abend auf dem Gelände und hatten gut zu tun.

Alles wunderbar!

Es war ein sehr schöner, wenn auch kurzer, Urlaub, den wir (insg. 3 Personen) in Olpenitz hatten. Man kommt mit dem Auto sehr einfach dorthin, der Check-In ist schnell erledigt. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr, sehr nett und konnte alle offenen Fragen schnell beantworten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) gibt es auch direkt vor Ort durch den Edeka, der direkt an die Unterkünfte angrenzt. Das Objekt selbst wurde genau wie auf den Bildern vorgefunden, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen! :-)
