SEEmomente is a spacious and modern holiday apartment on the ground floor with a direct view of the nature conservation salt marshes and fields.



The Weidefeld sandy beach with beach chairs, restaurant and kiosk is within walking distance and is a delightful destination at any time of year, and four-legged friends also feel right at home there. The maritime-style mini-golf course is also in the immediate vicinity and delights young and old alike.



With its floor-to-ceiling windows and large adjoining terrace, the light-flooded open-plan living/dining area is the heart of the apartment. Step inside and feel at home immediately! A cosy L-shaped sofa in the living area, a TV and a wood-burning stove spread cosy warmth and comfort even on not-so-nice days. With a view of nature, you can find peace and quiet .... Everyday life is becoming more and more relaxing.



And when the sun beckons, simply step out onto the large terrace and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air to the full. The south-facing terrace directly adjoining the living and dining area offers relaxing hours away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the Baltic Sea resort. With a view of the nature conservation salt marshes and fields to the rear, the garden furniture provided invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Enjoy great barbecue evenings or take time for creative cooking on holiday, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.



Two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds are available for a good night's sleep. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom with two large single beds (120 x 200 cm) invites you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. In addition, both bedrooms have pleated blinds to help ensure an undisturbed night's sleep.

The sofa bed in the living area can also be converted into an additional sleeping area in a few simple steps. A travel cot and high chair are also available for younger guests.



The shower room with a floor-level shower and an infrared cabin ensures unforgettable wellness moments that you can savour for a long time to come.

To provide all-round holiday comfort, you will find your own parking space in front of the holiday apartment.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Schönes Appartement in Baustelle

Wir hatten ein überdurchschnittlich ausgestattetes Appartment das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Am Rande des Resort war es trotz Baustelle sehr Ruhig. Leider ist das Gebäude der hellhörig und die Gäste über uns waren deutlich zu hören wenn sie sich durch das Appartement bewegten. Negative Kritik nur zu dem Resort. Es wird echt noch viel gebaut. Staub und Lärm sind hier unvermeidbar. Es fehlt an Fußwegen und Mülleimern. Das Freizeit Angebot ist dürftig. Eine Pizzeria, eine Bar , ein zu teurer Edeka Markt. Hier fehlt das Urlaubsflair an der Promenade. Die Ausschilderung am Strand ist veraltet. Schild Hundestrand 250 Meter !!! In Wahrheit 1200 Meter. Potential ist das, man wird sehen ob es genutzt wird.
