Únase a nosotros en Beach Villas at Ko Olina en el fabuloso Ko Olina Resort and Marina. Estamos ubicados a 22 millas al norte del aeropuerto HNL y Ko Olina es un poco más tranquilo que el lugar de Waikiki / Honolulu. Ko Olina Resort and Marina se encuentra en 600 acres e incluye 4 lagunas frente al mar donde se encuentran los resorts, un campo de golf, marina y vecindarios residenciales. Somos un gran lugar para relajarse y una vez que pruebe Ko Olina, es posible que regrese. Nuestros vecinos son el Four Seasons Resort, el Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa y el Marriott Beach Club (tiempo compartido).

Esta villa es de 1,500 pies cuadrados y cuenta con 3 excelentes habitaciones y 2 1/2 baños. Ubicado en el 3er piso frente al océano, ya que domina los jardines y las piscinas de Beach Villas, te encantarán las vistas. Mi esposa y yo vivimos en el Ko Olina Resort y lo ayudaremos con sus arreglos de llegada y solicitudes especiales.

El Resort tiene un buen número de tiendas ubicadas en el centro comercial, así como tiendas y restaurantes en los otros destinos. El centro comercial también cuenta con restaurantes, tiendas e incluso tenemos nuestra propia tienda ABC ahora con una agradable tienda de delicatessen, a poca distancia a pie. ~ El distrito de negocios de Kapolei está a 3,2 km con supermercados, Costco, teatros y centros comerciales con muchos restaurantes también.

The Beach Villas es un complejo de lujo, con la propiedad privada individual de 247 propiedades de condominio con una opción de zonificación del complejo. Si bien nuestros terrenos son privados para los propietarios e invitados registrados, las otras propiedades del complejo están abiertas al público para compras, restaurantes y navegación. Tenemos 2 piscinas (una con piscina para niños con fondo de arena), 3 jacuzzis ubicados alrededor de las piscinas, una agradable cabaña en el bar de la playa con servicio diario y un excelente gimnasio disponible para nuestros huéspedes. Los estanques y jardines Koi son un agradable paseo entre las piscinas.

El grupo de entrenamiento puede estar cerrado desde el 1 de octubre hasta posiblemente diciembre de 2019 por mantenimiento. Nos disculpamos por cualquier inconveniente. Ko Olina ha sido un mercado activo y experimentará un desarrollo adicional en los próximos años. Family week in Paradise

We wanted a condo where we had good access to pools and the beach. We had plenty of space, and bathrooms for our group of 6 adults and 1 toddler. All the amenities were first rate.

Relaxing and beautiful

This was a great vacation. The place included snorkel gear, a wagon, beach chairs and a cooler which all came in very handy! The entire place was beautiful.

The property was perfect and great. Outside the unit perfect. But unit very expensive for all the problems. The problem was with the unit itself. Coffee machine not working. Washer and dryer not working. Not enough towels for beach nor bath towels. Inside maintenance needed and cleaning could have be better. I wanted a refund for the washer and dryer not working. Never heard back

Loved the condo and the property. Definitely felt at home and appreciated the space for a family of 6. The half bath was a nice bonus. The resort area is in a convenient spot to so many different activities on the island.

PERFECT SPRING GETAWAY

ESCAPING FROM THE SNOW OF MINNESOTA, KO OLINA, OAHU WAS PERFECT. THIS PROPERTY WAS PERFECT FOR 6 ADULTS AND A 3 1/2 YEAR OLD. LOVED BOTH POOLS AND THE LAGOON BEACH. THE CONDO MET ALL OF OUR NEEDS AND THE ON-SITE STAFF WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE. THE ONLY, SMALL COMPLAINT, WAS THE OVEN AND STOVE TOP TOOK FOREVER TO HEAT UP TO COOK. MINOR COM PLAINT AND WE ADJUSTED. THANKS FOR A GREAT PROPERTY.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum…Strand ( Lagune) und Poollandschaft sind Top…Check in rund um die Uhr und unkompliziert…Angestellte sind stets freundlich…die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, man ist vom Massentourismus weit weg und kann in aller ruhe entspannen…Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 10-15 min mit dem Auto zuerreichen… Zum Abschluss eine sehr gute Unterkunft mit Top Lage…

Fantastic stay

What an amazing and beautiful place to stay! My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this condo villa for six days in September 2022. The place itself is heaven, tastefully decorated and very spacious. It is clean and well equipped. Check in and check out were easy and seamless. The location of the condo villa is perfect and so close to all amenities, restaurants and shops. We had such a wonderful trip and stay in Kapolei that I have been meaning provide some feedback. Overall, the condo villa was gorgeous - true to its description. Our holiday was made more special and memorable because my family and I had a lovely stay here. We will definitely return!

We have stayed at Koolina before but this is our first time at the Beach Villas. We loved it as the lagoon closest to it is the quietest among the 4. The condo is amazing and has enough room for 7 of us. We will gladly stay here again

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Perfect for a family stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The beach which is just steps away is phenomenal. It’s not crowded at all and the lagoon keeps out the choppy waves. We love that one of the pools was quite warm so that our kids always wanted to swim there. The condo itself was perfect for our family. Our kids had lots of space to play and take bubble baths. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were so accommodating in providing us with a pak n play, stroller and high chair for our baby. Would definitely come back again.

Wonderful Place

This condo was exceptional and the complex was better than a resort. We had 8 in our party and we had a lot of space. Great accommodations and wow amazing views of a beautiful and quiet pool and the ocean. The lanai was perfect to watch the sunset and enjoy dinner or a drink. We went to several beaches on the island and felt that the lagoon here was the best beach for kids and snorkeling was good too. Visited the shops and restaurants nearby, loved walking the pathway along the ocean and other resorts and recommend the turtles at paradise cove. This place succeed our expectations. Will book again.

Great Rental!

Checking into the property was super easy. It was in a perfect spot to view both the ocean and the garden area. The room itself was beautiful and really worked with my family. We had 6 people in total and it was spacious for everybody to stay there comfortably. We knew all of our information before getting there which made us feel confident in what we were supposed to do and go.

Nearly perfect

Let me say that our family travels frequently so we can be hard to impress. This condo and location were excellent especially when compared to how busy other locations and properties were. It was quiet and relaxing. This condo is located on the quiet pool. I thought that was a joke at first since all pools are noisy. Nope, not a joke. There is a quiet pool and a loud pool for loud kids and the property enforces the rules. We also loved the grills that were available on site. More than once we got fresh fish at Costco and grilled it for dinner. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Plenty of snorkel equipment, a rolling cooler, 2 boogie boards, two beach umbrellas, a small beach bag and 5 beach chairs. Love, love love the ability to use those. Management was very responsive when we requested additional blankets and toiletries. I do have one area of improvement. The condo needs wifi extenders for the bedrooms because there is no Wifi signal in the bedrooms which was incredibly frustrating. When you wake up at 3:00 am due to time change and you can’t go out to the kitchen because someone is sleeping on the hide-a-bed (which was also surprisingly comfortable), you can’t use your phone to access Apple news or stream your favorite TV show. It also means that at the end of a fun but exhausting day your teens can’t access their social media or stream their favorite Hulu show while laying in bed. I know that may seem ridiculous to some, but when you are with a group of people and you just need some space, not being able to access wifi from the bedrooms was an annoyance. Other than that, this property was wonderful and I would return here and recommend my friends and family come here as well.

Best vacation!

We absolutely loved out stay in this condo. Michael met us at check in, walked us around, explained how everything worked (shades, multi microwave, 2 air units), where everything was. Unit exactly as shown, very clean. Perfect for me, my husband, 3 sons, one girlfriend and Mother In Law. The property is beautiful and short walk thru to the lagoons. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Will be back! Tip - plan your luau's, tours, etc in advance. Everything is booked! We were so busy worrying above covid testing, plane tickets etc, we forgot about that.

Simply amazing

This was our fourth trip to Hawaii, and by far the best accommodations for a large group. There were 7 of us in our party, and the resort has something for everyone. We walked next door to the Disney resort, and while it was nice, it would not have been for us. I’d highly recommend this resort, especially for those. Traveling in larger groups.
