The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

- Why Choose the Beach Villas? -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa is located on the 3rd floor of the Ocean Tower and offers stunning views of the pool and ocean. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with a maximum occupancy of 8 (children under 2 are excluded from the count).
- Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, en-suite 5-piece bath with a deep tub, double sink, and walk-in shower, private lanai with views of the golf course and mountains
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed with bathroom in the hall
- Third bedroom: Two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request)

Additional amenities include:
- Sofa bed in the living room
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- Spacious dining table for 8
- TVs and Wi-Fi capabilities in the living area and each bedroom

Guests of the Beach Villas enjoy full access to all the resort’s amenities:
- Two swimming pools and three spas
- BBQ grills around the pools
- Fitness center with separate men’s and women’s showers, steam rooms, and lockers
- 24/7 front desk and on-site security
- On-site parking
**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

- Nearby Attractions -
During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

The location of the unit is great. The unit itself lacks in certain aspects. The kitchen only has the basic of items if you plan on cooking some of your own meals. Also, the microwave door is broken, the dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes properly and the oven takes forever to preheat. The kitchen faucet leaked into the cupboard the first day we were there. We reported this and it was fixed that day.

Great location great service.. however our villa.. had issues.. dryer didnt dry well always damp clothes and towels.. water faucet leaks... pools close to early.. its dead after 900.... good but would be else where if i come back koolina.. having to recycle downstairs bummer...

THE GOOD - Walking into our unit was impressive. Pictures of the dining area don't do it justice as to the size. There was ample room for our party of 7. Plenty of beach paraphernalia and a wagon to carry it all. The Master bedroom and bath were large enough that we didn't have to squeeze past each other. Nearby restaurants and local market within a .5 mile walk was very convenient as were the 3 pools to choose from. We requested additional towels as we could only locate 3 of the 8 - we later found in a different location than was told, no biggie, the additional towels came in handy. THE BAD - The master bedroom seemed tilted - the dresser drawers constantly opened on their own. The Master bed also seemed tilted, we ended up sleeping in the opposite direction. The other couple in our party felt their bed was also tilted in the wrong direction. In-unit dryer did not work well at all. Tried different settings but clothes stayed damp after hours of tumbling.Upon arrival, discovered no internet access information; contacted the host immediately and the back and forth was a little upsetting. I had to "take a picture" to prove that the information she insisted was there was not. She did not get this information for us until the following afternoon - 2 in our party required it for remote work in 2 different time zones. I requested our host to resend information regarding our check-out process, but it was never sent.

Lovely and well equipped unit

We enjoyed a special occasion celebration with 7 adults. The unit was nicely equipped with everything needed. We had two issues however, a bedroom was to have a futon for a 3rd person.The single person sadly slept 2 pads in the master bedroom closet. Also there was a small undisclosed charge for parking a 2nd vehicle. They then placed (a visually seen) an SUV into a compact spot and then complained when one tire was barely on the inside line of the parking spot. mastebedroom closet.

The pool and lagoon was perfect. Unit had kids dishes, ocean toys, snorkeling gear, high chair and provided pack n plays. We also had a family member in a wheelchair - also accommodated w multiple assistive devices.

Owner was great to work with. This unit was very nice and has everything you need. The kitchen has every utensil and pot and pan you need. They also had a cooler and beach chairs available. Location is perfect. Would stay her again!

Ko Olina Dream

Property was amazing and wonderful for families and kids. Nicely located to get to Waikiki and North Shore without the hassle of the hustle and bustle of staying in busier locations. Transportation is difficult without a car so a rental is definitely needed to get around. Decent food spots located close by…the lagoon was great for kids! The property was pristine and pool areas and lagoon were never crowded compared to Disney Aulani located next door…easy walking distance to get to nearby resorts to eat and see shows at Disney…highly recommend this property and unit. Plenty of room for families…we had 6 adults and 2 kids under 2. Great value!

The only issue we had was the lack of a restaurant on the property. The pizza and hotdog at the bar were terrible . The condo was beautiful and well equipped with everything we could have wanted. The grounds were very well maintained. A fire pit out passed the bar would be a nice edition.

This was a great place to stay with your family. The condo was centrally located on the island. The condo was clean and bright. The owners and customer service representative were very helpful and communication was fantastic. I definitely would recommend this condo

This place is beautiful and is in a great location! The pools and private ocean lagoons were great places to relax and the condo itself had everything we could need. There was food, drinks, coffee, and a market within walking distance. Otherwise it is an easy drive to anything else you need

Just perfect!

The property was outstanding! The condo was spacious, beautiful, quiet and clean. The lanai balcony was with best feature- we ate all our meals there and enjoyed it all day. Pools were gorgeous- our grandson especially loved the little lagoon. Grounds were beautiful and maintained perfectly. We especially liked that the resort was quiet and not overcrowded. Certainly the best of all the resorts in the area. No complaints.
