- About the Ko Olina Resort -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

- Why Choose the Beach Villas? -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is located on the 2nd floor of the Ocean Tower and offers partial ocean views and stunning sunsets. The villa accommodates up to 6 people with:
- Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, en-suite 5-piece bath with a deep tub, double sink, and walk-in shower
- Second Bedroom: Two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request)

Additional amenities include:
- Sofa bed in the living room
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- Spacious dining table for 6
- TVs and Wi-Fi capabilities in the living area and each bedroom

- Resort Amenities -
Guests of the Beach Villas enjoy full access to all the resort’s amenities:
- Two swimming pools and three spas
- BBQ grills around the pools
- Fitness center with separate men’s and women’s showers, steam rooms, and lockers
- 24/7 front desk and on-site security
- On-site parking (may require a one-time $25 fee per vehicle)

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

- Nearby Attractions -
During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Please be aware that vacant hotel sites on either side of the property may undergo development in the future. The resort was a gorgeous property. The views from our lanai were spectacular. The condo was excellent! It was appointed well & many instructions to manage the condo were spelled out perfectly throughout. The staff at the resort were very responsive to our needs and were VERY courteous. Cedric & Shannon at front desk were standouts with their infectious positive demeanors. They helped us immensely with event & excursion ideas. We were disappointed with 2 things: 1) the beach bar has VERY limited & TERRIBLE food & the bartender's service was equally poor. He acted as if his "customer-service gene" had been removed (middle-aged WM with graying hair (evening 9/9/25). We found better accommodations & service at the nearby resorts; 2) the parking spaces (most are for compact cars in the parking structure). On one occasion we could NOT park in assigned spot due to the small size & other standard or SUVs parked nearby. To change to better parking & avoid vehicle damage, we were charged extra to do so in the outdoor parking lot (the condo owner picked up the additional cost). Hailee, condo owner/manager, was great & was available whenever the need arose. Unfortunately, the shuttle that takes Ko 'Olina guests to the Kapolei Ka Makana Ali'i was quite poor with scheduling and customer service. So much so that we had to cancel a dinner reservation.Overall, we were pleased with our 2-week stay in Ko 'Olina and will return, hoping that our aforementioned negatives can be addressed.

Beautiful Location and Property

We had a fantastic stay at the Villas. The location is perfect. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were perfect. The lagoons and pools were beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing

The condo was comfortable, spacious, well built and equipped with all the comforts of home. The condo was a little dark for my personal taste but the spacious lanai helped counter that. The property is gorgeous and kept immaculately. Tiki bar on edge of the laggon is a definite plus!!

Perfect in Paradise

The Beach Villas condos are a beautiful property. The units are very well built, with deluxe amenities. This is our second time staying at The Beach Villas. We are impressed with the privacy of the units and there is no noise from neighbors. The units have everything you need from cooking convenience to beach supplies. The pools and hot tubs are well maintained and the lagoon and beach are just steps away. Whether you are booking a family vacation or trip for two, I highly staying here.

Just Wow

The owners had assorted snacks and water for us, and all we needed to do to obtain information about what to do, where to go, and where to eat was scan their QR code. Light switches labeled and lots of extra amenities like paper products and garbage bags. Super clean and beautiful!

Great location and everything you need

Our family of 6 really enjoyed the Beach Villa and the all the extras the resort and rooms offer. Our room (204) had so many beach extras that made our Hawaiian vacation so much better. The cooler was a game changer. I have one suggestion that would have been a huge bonus. The check out time is 10 am, you need to leave the resort at that time It would have been great if we could have used the facilities until it was time to leave for the airport (even for a fee). I highly recommend Beach Villa for anyones vacation in Ohau.

Great location and wonderful condo!

I loved everything about this place. While other resorts were packed solid, this place was low-key and very nice. My 15-year-old was in want of a bit more action, but for me this was perfect. The pools were lovely but not overcrowded, the beach was clean and spacious, and the neighborhood was convenient with a great beach walking path. Would definitely do this again.

Ko Olina is a gem!

Great resort area alternate to staying near Waikiki. The cove Beach were amazing. The grounds are amazing. Walkable to Monkeypod and ABC store.
