  • Premium Beach Villa very close to the beach. B-208 is the closest villa to the beach on the sunset side. Enjoy direct views of the beach and ocean without looking past another lanai. Enjoy added privacy and ocean views on the desired sunset side of the beach tower. Stairs adjacent to B-208 give you quick access to the lagoon pool and beach.

    Beach Villas at Ko Olina offers luxury resort lifestyle accommodations perfect for family vacations. Our two bedroom villa is an inviting suite that blends sophistication with island comfort and sensible family appeal unmatched by any other.

    Our condo features an abundance of amenities including panoramic ocean views, spacious lanai, signature state-of-the-art kitchen designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and granite countertops with views of the Pacific Ocean, designer furnishings and access to all of the resort’s amenities, including sandy lagoons, a fitness center and lap pools.

    This beach villa is spacious, air-conditioned and includes separate living and dining areas, plasma TV’s with cable channels, DVR, and complimentary Internet access.

If you decide to stay at B-208, you will be greeted my our exclusive guest manager who will give you a tour of the villa upon your arrival and make sure all your questions are answered. Our cleaning staff goes beyond what you will find in other villas. Please don't hesitate to call. We know it is often difficult to get a hold of people. If you have questions about other villas or you are considering staying at other places on the island, don't hesitate to call. I would be happy to offer you an honest review and information on any location whether you stay in our villa or somewhere else.

We got in pretty late and the check in process was very easy and the check out process was even more seamless. The ocean view from the lanai was very nice, and the surrounding foliage made the property feel more secluded. The unit was well stocked with what we needed for making meals for the week. The pools and the condo facilities were great for our family! Would definitely recommend staying here. With all the recent rainfall, the bugs have flared up so bring some bug spray for the calm days.

perfect location

We very much enjoyed our stay with the great views from the lanai! The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Snorkeling in the lagoon was wonderful, with lots of fish and we saw a turtle several times. It was a short walk to some nice restaurants and shops.

Touch of Paradise

My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here. The location is beautiful, quiet and conveniently located to everything else. We really appreciated the space available for meals together with our children and grands who were staying in other condos. We would be happy to visit here again!

The property was clean. It was stocked with towels, some toilet paper, kitchen bags and cleaning supplies. The view is spectacular and we got to listen to Disney Aulani’s luau music. It was an unexpected surprise to hear F22s pass overhead during the day. The pool and amenities were great. The grounds were manicured and well taken care of. Overall a great experience.

Perfect property

Our family of 4 spent 9 nights at this 2 bed/2 bath condo and it had absolutely everything we needed (and wanted) to have the perfect Oahu vacation. From the moment we booked to the moment we handed in the keys, the owner and property managers made everything a breeze. Our family all agreed that Beach villas amenities was the nicest in Ko Olina including the lagoon, pool, fitness center and tiki bar.

Amazing villa!

We enjoyed every single aspect of this beautiful villa, from the location, right between the Marriott and Aulani, the lagoon is perfect for the kids and for snorkeling, the beach guy Rob was very helpful and welcoming, make sure you go to him for lounges and umbrella rentals. The Bar at the pool is also great, sunsets there are amazing with live music from local artists, Michelle the bartenders and the guys were really welcoming too. We totally recommend this villa and we hope to be back soon.

Great communication and location. Traffic is bad on Oahu and there are limited restaurant options nearby so we drove 30-40 mins to Waikiki every night for dinner. The villa unit itself is clea but a bit dated. The king mattress was sunken in the middle and the sheets and bath towels are a bit worn abd the bedroom carpets had stains. More amenities like beach chairs and snorkels would have been nice. Our frds who stayed in another unit had those and even a cooler and umbrella. Great communication though upon arrival; fantastic proximity to beach; quiet building; Parking available. Beach beautiful and great for snorkeling and swimming.
