Beach Tower villa 209 has a spectacular view of the sunset! Its location is superior to all other units in the complex because it is truly beachfront. Beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, two very comfortable sofas and a beautiful dining area. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors, a large tub and shower. Bath 2 also has a large bathtub and shower. This Villa is private and quiet and is shielded from pool noise. This is a "First Class" villa that has been lovingly maintained and furnished with comfort in mind. Relax and lounge on the deck in this coveted private location with one of the most spectacular views on the island. This villa is great for families or couples looking to get away! Photographs are of the actual villa.

- Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a Sub-Zero fridge refrigerator and freezer, Wolf stove cook top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine with permanent coffee filter, cookware, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, stemware, spice rack, and more!

Fun in Ko Olina

Great location and easy access whether you want to walk or drive. Plenty of eating out options at other properties. Gym and pool are also great amenities.

Beautiful view!

The condo was well equipped. Pictures were accurate. The view was amazing! We could listen to the nightly music right from the balcony - it was amazing. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because the master bedroom air conditioner was pretty loud when it was running, but other than that everything was amazing!

A slice of heaven

We loved our stay in Ko’Olina. Sitting on the lanai, listening to the waves, and often being serenaded by the musician at the bar area down below. The communication with Chris was prompt answering any questions we had. Attention to detail was great!

Best Villa!

This is by far the best property at the Ko'Olina Villas. Me and my wife spent 16 days at the beach tower and it was worth every penny. It is close to all the essential areas, businesses, and the beach view made it a no'm-brainer. The villas also give you an extra peace of mind in safety and security with lots of protections in place to ensure only guests have access to indoor and outdoor portions of the towers. Chris takes very good care of the property and it is clean and well maintained. So many useful appliances and comfortable living space to make you feel at home. I've stayed here twice and I would 100% stay here again.

Awesome Ko’olina property

Exceeded our expectations. Never know for sure until you get to a property but this place is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Enjoyed all the amenities and the incredible views throughout the day. Property manager Chris responded quickly to all our questions.

Great Stay!

Our family had such a wonderful stay at this condo! It was exactly as described. It’s well stocked and has everything you might need for cooking big meals. It’s very spacious and comfortable. The views are even better than the photos! It’s on the best lagoon, the beach was never too crowded. The grounds are really nice. The lap pool is heated (nice surprise) and the complex is very clean and quiet. We will definitely be returning soon!

Paradise on your doorstep

This property is exactly as pictured! The location is wonderful. To wake up to the views each morning and close the days with the sunsets is truly paradise. The lagoon was great for our son to learn to boogie board! The pool was a little on the cool side for us but the beach and pool never seemed crowded which was nice. Chris was great to make sure we were set before we left and there for any minor questions during the stay. There is live music each night which we enjoyed while having dinner on our lanai A market and shops within walking distance . I truly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Amazing vacation

Our stay at Chris’s villa was amazing. The views were spectacular, but the villa was equally fantastic. Very clean, and well stocked with everything you could possible need. Chris was very easy to work with. We received quick responses to any of our questions. She defiantly went above and beyond. We had an amazing vacation, and are already looking forward to returning.

Amazing vacation!

We knew from the listing phots that this property was going to be beautiful but the pictures didn't do it justice. The property is beyond amazing. We enjoyed the nightly sunsets from the lanai and the quiet morning walks along the path next to the lagoons. We didn't want to leave and definitely will be back.

Fabulous place to relax.

It was a wonderful vacation. We sat out on the balcony every morning and watched the sunset every night. We had everything that we wanted or needed. The beach was beautiful and the pool was also refreshing. .It was so close to all the restaurants and shops. It was ideal and we all loved the condo. Thanks

More than expected and more than advertised.....Talked to neighbors who live in the complex year round, stated that the condo we rented was the best location on all the property, the best maintained the best view and accessibility to all the amenities..........

Great place to kick back and watch the sunset.

The property is exactly as described. Sitting on the lanai watching the sunset was fantastic. Hovering over the tiki bar added joy to the location and fun people watching. The unit had very nice furnishings and appliances. Highly recommended. Facing west, it does get hot in the late afternoon, so plan to hang out down by the lovely pools until just before the sun dips low!!!

Excellent!

Chris is very helpful and attentive wherever you need anything. The condo is large. It was very clean with lots of amenities. Location is perfect with access to several restaurants and shops. View from the condo is amazing!! I will definitely be back!!
