  • Welcome to Kapalua Golf Villa 26P 5&6a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that offers fine artwork throughout, central A/C, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs and no elevators. Unit 26P 5&6 can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV with cable, and an en suite bathroom offering dual sinks and a tile-surrounded walk-in shower. In the guest bedroom, you'll find two single twin-size beds, access to a beautiful lanai, and a separate TV. The guest bathroom features a bathtub and shower combination. In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV for your entertainment and a couch that converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen that features granite countertops and full-size stainless-steel appliances.

    Located on the top row of the Kapalua Golf Villas, you will have great ocean views, early morning rainbows, and magnificent sunsets.

    The Kapalua Golf Villas offers guests 4 family-friendly pools and does not have resort or parking fees. The units will have stairs to climb either up or down to the front door and the complex does not have elevators. Upon entering, we found dead cockroaches in the kitchen. The washer & dryer were both broken, and the “My Stays” property management company was a disaster to work with! Their answer was “go to a laundry mat and give us receipts, if reasonable, we’ll reimburse you”. The place was filthy, so disappointing!

This unit is fantastic! The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The views are lovely and the proximity to Kapalua Beach can’t be beat. The unit has towels, beach chairs and a cooler. The only thing we could’ve used would have been a few extra blankets for sleeping. We hope to return soon.

Golf Villa

Always love to stay at the Kapalua golf villas. If you don’t mind being a short drive or walk to the beach, you can’t beat the location and peaceful golf course views.

Relaxing stay with beautiful views

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Ground floor unit opens up to the golf course. It was a lovely escape from the busy beach areas. I definitely plan on coming back.

Gorgeous location minutes from several amazing swim / snorkeling beaches. Property exactly as pictured with easy check in and great communication from management company. Well-stocked with beach gear. Highly recommend.

Unit was fairly clean but some evidence of fingerprints on counter tops, walls. Response to requests for actions from Perfect Stays was excellent. Will definitely look to rent direct from Perfect Stays in the future.

Perfect for our family trip!

This well-appointed condo is in a fantastic location close to beautiful beaches, the best snorkeling, terrific restaurants and shopping, but it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is steps away and the lanai provided stunning sunsets each night. The beds were comfortable and everything was well maintained. Thanks for all of the beach gear and the great selection of family friendly board games- we had a blast!

Wonderful Kapalua condo

Really had a marvelous time. Condo is just as advertised, great two-bedroom floor plan. First floor lanai was terrific for coffee at sunrise or watching the stars come out over the water. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have some beach toys and chairs provided. Would have liked a couple more beach towels, but hard to complain.

Exceptionally clean and quiet property! We will keep this property number for future reference, would love to return! Spent so much time on the deck, enjoying the view, peace and serenity. Property has all that you need! Highly recommended! Easy 5 star! I’d give 10 if I could!!

Great Condo in a great location!

My family of five stayed here and it was wonderful. Location is great, where you can walk to beaches and there's a good selection of restaurants or places to eat nearby. Condo was great and had good amenities, such as the wifi was amazingly fast, AC was good, parking was free, and it was exceptionally clean, which is very important to us. Also, had beach towels and beach chairs, which was a nice touch for our beach trips. Washer and dryer were huge to accommodate a family of 5, where I didn't have to do multiple loads. Property management was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Our stay was awesome and would definitely book here again!

Fantastic Rental

This condo is fantastic! Spacious, clean, well-stocked kitchen (a new refrigerator was delivered during our stay), relaxing lanai, and a parking space right outside the door. See picture-perfect sunsets every night from the lanai, second master suite, or living room. We found we rather stay in for dinner and have this spectacular view of the golf course and ocean than go out to a restaurant. We were grateful for all the beach gear: a large cooler, snorkel gear, towels, beach chair and umbrella. Kapalua is such a beautiful part of the island, away from all the tourists, and the slower pace here lends to a truly relaxing vacation.

Amazing Stay! We will be back!

First and foremost the condo was beautiful. It was spacious, well kept, and had everything we would ever need (the rice cooker was the icing on the cake). The location was also unbeatable. Walking distance to multiple beaches, but secluded and far away from the resort busyness. Going just north took us to a very pristine area, like Road to Hana but just less busy and just as pretty! There was also amazing snorkeling in every direction from the condo. Lahaina was just a short drive south, which offered a bunch of fun activities as well. We absolutely loved our time spent there and will be coming back very soon! All amenities worked great and we had no issues whatsoever. The hosts were nice, understanding, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for Maui trip if you want a good mix of fun and relaxing!
