Welcome to our oceanfront home away from home! You'll find views straight out to the ocean and the wild coastlines of Kapalua. The villa is perched above the sweeping white sands of Oneloa Beach and is steps away from three other world-renowned beaches. Our one-bedroom/one-bath villa is spacious, squeaky clean, and fully remodeled with a custom, gourmet kitchen, high-end Miele appliances, luxury furnishings, a heavenly king bed, and the finest linens—everything you need and more!

The Kapalua Bay Villas property includes three pools, newly renovated cabanas, and BBQ areas for guest use only. Located within the Kapalua Resort, guests can access world-class golfing, top-notch restaurants, spas, snorkeling, diving, and hiking.

Perfect 10! The view and location of the ocean could not have been better. We have stayed at quite a few vacation rentals and this was by far the most comfortable bed! Deck was very comfortable for eating and relaxing! Kitchen and bath top notch! Received an amazing welcome gift!

The property was in a great location and the views off the back deck were incredible. We loved sitting out looking at the beautiful ocean and feeling the pleasant breeze! We did have an issue with the AC but the owner was prompt in responding and was able to provide a portable unit for the bedroom. The rest of the villa stayed cool with the breeze blowing in.

Great get away

I grew up in Lahaina and spent much time up in Napili/kapalua. A lot has changed! This place was the perfect place to reminisce. It had almost everything we needed cooking wise. The space was perfect for us two. The bed was very comfy and supply of towels was perfect. Having the laundry was handy as well. We had a little glitch with the TV but got that sorted with the manager Alyse and she was quick to reply and accommodating. The beach chairs could use an upgrade but that’s just our opinion. They are just cumbersome to manage on a beach trip. Overall, we enjoyed our 6 day stay!

Whale watch from the lanai

Very clean and well appointed condo with a spectacular ocean view. From the lanai we watched whales and listened to the ocean. Comes with plenty of beach gear and easy front door parking. Nice pool and BBQ just steps away. Doesn’t get much better!

Paradise.

Spectacular property. The views are quintessential Kapalua. The unit is updated, clean and has EVERYTHING you ever would need. And the owner is amazingly responsive. We had a hiccup at check in but she replied immediately and did everything in her power to fix it. I am booking our next stay this week in the same unit!!

We love Maui and this is where we stay! Try to visit at least once a year during whale season and this year was the best! Just from the Lanai I saw over 30 whale sighting on day one. This place is the best and owner is great to work with.
