Waipouli Beach Resort G306 - Unobstructed Ocean Views

Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa is conveniently located on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast in the Historic town of Kapa’a, a 15-minute drive from the Lihue airport. When you stay in one of the condominiums at this award-winning resort, you’ll be treated to some of the best accommodations the island has to offer.

This luxurious condo can sleep 6 people in its two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two full-sized beds. This beautiful home also features 3 bathrooms with Travertine stone tile, jacuzzi tubs, and two showers.

The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf with a glass cooktop and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Whirlpool dishwasher & GE microwave. This kitchen also has granite countertops and African Mahogany cabinets.

**As of 4/21/25, there's a new dishwasher.**

The furnished lanai will allow you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine outdoors.

This wonderful home also has central air conditioning and a full-sized washer and dryer to provide comfort and convenience during your stay.

Waipouli Beach Resort has all the modern-day amenities that you would expect in a Five-Star resort, including a lazy river-style saline pool with two water slides, three sandy bottom Jacuzzi spas, and a children's sandy beach pool. The main pool, with dreamy waterfalls, is heated during the winter months of November through February.

Enjoy the on-site Oasis on the Beach Restaurant (yes, it really is on the beach!) and visit Spa by the Sea, a full-service spa offering a wide range of massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness services.

Across the street from Waipouli Beach Resort is a shopping center with a Starbucks, Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, and an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and more restaurants. Kapaa town boasts the largest selection of eateries on the island.

Unit is in a great location with phenomenal ocean views and sounds. Unit was exactly as described and well-stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. An extra blanket or two would be helpful for cooler evenings.Location is extremely convenient to get around the island. Customer service was very quick to respond when we had one minor issue arise during our stay. Our family is eager to return!

G306 is perfectly located to enjoy a quiet ocean view, away from any potential noise from the pool area. Yet only a short walk to the pool. The unit and the grounds were well maintained. Kitchen appliances are updated. Bathrooms are very nice. Large living area to enjoy with family. Overall the location of this resort is perfect here on the east side of Kauai, making trips to either North or South shores a short drive. HIGHLY recommend G306!

Perfect location with a view

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Spacious with beautiful views. The layout with multiple bathrooms was great! Very clean. Kids loved the pool, slides and hot tubs. Central location makes it easy to explore both the north and south sides of the island. It was truly perfect.

Family Fun

Easy check-in process. Location was perfect. Easy to get to activities we had planned on each side of the island. Great place to stay for walking out to the beach to watch the sunrise each morning. Our teenagers enjoyed hanging out in the pool and hot tub in the evening or walking out to the beach to hang out. The place was clean and had plenty of towels. Our family enjoyed our time and would definitely come back again.

Beautiful property, great location, broken appliances, dishonest management

The location of the property can't be beat - Kapa'a is centrally located, and the property itself is right on the ocean, with gorgeous views. The condo itself looks just like the photos. My problem was with the property management company. When we arrived (for a 7 day stay) there was a sign announcing that both the dishwasher and microwave were broken!!! They provided a "replacement" microwave which sorta worked - the rotating plate didn't rotate - but they NEVER fixed or replaced the dishwasher. Even worse, every day they told me that a repair person would be there the "next day" to fix it. Halfway through the stay, they offered me a 10% discount to compensate for 3 days of no dishwasher and said it would be repaired the next day. The next day came and went...no one showed up again! They said they'd replace it the following day...no one showed up. Meanwhile we are hand washing dishes for a whole family 3x day - something I don't even have to do at home. I paid a premium to ensure I wouldn't have to wash dishes on vacation. They day before we left they said they wouldn't be fixing it at all !! All they agreed to was a late check out to accommodate me for the 2nd half of our trip. Beautiful property but beware of this management company!

Fantastic Condo

The location is awesome. Close to business district. Easy to get to northern island towns as well as southern island towns.The amenities at the resort are great. Beach is quiet and perfect for getting sun. Pool is outstanding. The unit itself is top notch. Has everything you need.Definitely looking to coming back.

This beautiful condo with amazing views was very clean and functional and nicely decorated and equipped. The restaurant on-site, although expensive, has good food and there's a Safeway just across the street to stock up on groceries.

Lovely Vacation Rental

We loved this vacation rental! It was very clean, appliances worked great, furniture clean and comfortable. The views of the ocean were amazing, and we really appreciated the supply of beach chairs and umbrellas. The added touch of laundry detergent, coffee/creamer, and sugar was really nice as well. The pool and spas were great and we loved eating at the Oasis restaurant!

My husband and I just enjoyed a week stay here on Kauai. The room was exactly as expected and the grounds were landscaped beautifully. We even saw a monk seal sleeping on the beach in front of our room. We felt close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Exceptional Experience in Kaua'i

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Waipouli Beach Resort G306 and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property was exactly as described, if not better. The spacious living area was perfect for our group. The location was ideal, situated right on the beach with exceptional sunset views and close to local shops and restaurants. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Their attention to detail truly made our stay special. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. This condo was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the condo was just right for us. Unit G306 had all we needed. There were 4 chairs and an umbrella(too windy for the umbrella). The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back.
