Get in the spirit and check out the Smith Family Garden Luau with your family and enjoy delicious Hawaiian food along with gorgeous scenery and walkways. With the beach being mere steps away from your condo, you can sunbathe on the shores with a good book in hand as your children have the time of their lives splashing around in the water. Enjoy the Wailua Golf Course with your pals and swing your best nine iron across the verdant hills of this splendid course. This condo offers exceptional views of the ocean as well as access to the grounds, perfect for gatherings and entertainment.



    The Waipouli Beach Resort offers a variety of on-site amenities for you to make use of. You'll be able to drift on the waters of the lazy river to your heart's content or relax in the hot tub as you feel those worries melt away. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, then fire up the gas grill and throw a couple of patties on for some classic American barbecue. Work out at the fitness room, then head back to your condo and wind down on the couch in the living area for a power nap. If you're still hungry, you can cook a wonderful meal in the full kitchen provided for everyone at home. Spend your evening in the beautiful double patios with a gorgeous view of the ocean and palm trees. As the night settles in, unwind and watch the sunset melt into the horizon in one of the luxurious soaker tubs, then hop into a pair of pajamas and slip under the covers for a good night's rest to the sound of the waves.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend! We loved being on the ground floor and being able to just walk out for an ocean stroll in the morning. We saw a beautiful rainbow on one of our walks which was magical. Thank you for a beautiful stay

Great place for a family vacation

Near the beach, great pool, great location, near shopping and places of interest. Had some issues with the room but most of these were resolved by the management company.

Beautiful location, right in town and across from shopping. Pool was a blast for my little one. She loved the water slides. Very clean condo, the only thing is the screen doors could use some fixing. Very difficult to open and close some of them.

Enjoyed being on the ground floor with beautiful view, beach and ocean. Saw a whale jump from the patio overall a great stay with a nice pool area. Sliding glass doors definitely need work as do the screens which stick. Otherwise would love to stay here again.

Ground floor units facing the beach are the best at Waipouli as you can just walk right out your unit to the ocean or pool. This unit was clean and well equipped with extras like boogie boats and beach chairs. Recomnended.

A perfect getaway!!

I recently stayed at this beautiful ground floor vacation rental, and it was truly a fantastic experience. Each morning, I was treated to the most breathtaking sunrises right from the lanai, which made my mornings feel magical. The space was incredibly spacious and well-maintained, and I appreciated how clean everything was upon arrival. The location couldn't be better—right across the street from a grocery store and charming little shops, making it super convenient for any needs or last-minute purchases. The ocean view was simply stunning and added to the overall charm of the property. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway. I can't wait to come back! Vacasa does an incredible job managing this home!!

perfect for everyone

We've stayed at this property three times before and we love it. it's close to the ocean, to the pool, safe and close to groceries and food options. the only thing we could critique is the state of the condo. the pull out sofa is almost unusable since the mattress is worn and in disrepair. i feel like the place has been on auto-pilot for a couple of years. maybe the owners or the property manager should stay there for a few nights just to get an idea of how it is and maybe invest a few thousand dollars to make sure everything is functional and it would be great. ice maker essentially falling out of the freezer. that being said, we'd probably stay there again and just buy an inflatable mattress from the wal-mart.
