It is a good property to stay. Comfortable for family of 4. A bit older but reasonably well maintained. There are a few things that need to be updated though like the living room sofa. Great view from the balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Very close to grocery store and nice restaurants. The beach on the northern side behind the coconut market place is more open/better for watching the sunrise and only a few steps from the back of the property. It is a gated community and parking was not an issue.

What a beautiful property! The unit itself is a bit dated inside, but clean and comfortable. The location is walkable to the coconut market, restaurants, several beaches and even the wailua river. We spent the most time at the beach directly in front of the unit. Will return.

Excellent, excellent!

This is a beautiful, comfortable condo with lots of amenities. The view from the balcony was lovely and the grounds and pool, also. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Kitchen was well- appointed. Lots of towels.

Great condo, would recommend

I would highly recommend this condo, great location and near stores and restaurants. Beautiful views from the lanai. The only reason I gave the online listing a 4 instead of a 5,is that I asked about beach equipment, primarily a beach umbrella.Mgt kept saying they were not sure and what you see is what they have, they did not seem to know that in the storage closet (kind of hidden) on the lanai they have everything you could possible want for the beach. I just wish the condo Mgt would have known as well and I could have saved the $30.00 I spent on a umbrella. I asked for a credit but they denied me. Place was clean and kitchen well stocked.

Beautiful views from well-stocked condo

This condo was the perfect base for our three-day visit in Kauai. Sunrises on the beach were gorgeous and the pool was refreshing. We walked to Coconut Marketplace often for food, coffee, adult bevs and souvenirs. Definitely recommend this condo!

Great Location

We loved our stay here. We experienced 3 issues; 2 of the 3 were handled fairly promptly by Vacasa: 1. The parking pass was nowhere to be found. We have stayed at this property before (in a different condo) & we know where to find the parking pass off hours. At around 1pm on our second day and after several texts/emails with Vacasa, they brought a temporary parking pass to our condo. 2. Our deadbolt stopped working. We went two days & nights without being able to lock our door. Thankfully it’s a very safe neighborhood, but nonetheless it made us nervous. Vacasa finally rectified the situation, but it took longer than we were comfortable with. There didn’t seem to be a sense of urgency. 3. The code they gave us for the pool gate didn’t work. I texted w/Vacasa support, & after trying the different codes they gave me with no success, one of the residents felt bad for me & gave me their code. The condo is very clean, but it is older and could use a refresh. Especially the shutters in the twin bedroom. The carpet in the main living area could use a deep clean. Beds were comfy although a bit too soft for our liking (all 4 adults on the trip agreed). The kitchen has everything you could need. More ice trays would be nice. 6 beach towels are provided, beach chairs in closet are in ok condition, & there’s no umbrella. The view from the deck is stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall the condo is fine but next time we’ll stay in a more updated unit with a washer/dryer.

Condo well suited to our group of 3 ladies however it is in need of updating and could use a very thorough cleaning. A few minor problems with safe but rectified quickly.

Great location, fabulous view

The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. The complex landscaping is gorgeous and the view from this unit is spectacular whether you're sitting on the lanai or standing in the kitchen. The pool is a good size and wasn't ever too busy. The only issues we had with the unit is for some reason they have put thick foam mattresses on the beds. It makes the bed very soft, and warm. Some may like the bed this soft but it wasn't for us. And I have to say it's probably time to update the appliances. They function mostly but are old and look pretty bad. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Beautiful location.

This condo is in a great location on a gorgeous beach property. While the east coast can be tricky for swimming due to a strong current, this location offers some sheltered areas for safe swimming. The grounds are gorgeous and lush and the pool seems to be large enough to accommodate all the guests. The condo itself was nice with lots of beach gear for use (albeit some a little weathered). The kitchen had enough dish ware for two of us, but may be a little short for a larger group. The furniture is outdated but sufficient. The master bed has a mattress topper that is very very soft, so not great if you suffer from back problems Overall a great place to stay though and the central east coast location is perfect for heading both north or south.

Good condo in central location on Kauai

Good sized condo with nice view of the ocean and gardens on property from the deck. Gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The beach is currently covered with a lot of large drift wood (did not match current beach photo in listing as advertised), which made it difficult to utilize the beach in its entirety. Pool on property is well maintained. Laundry is not within the unit, there is a coin operated laundromat on site. Grocery stores and shopping nearby. Central location to stay at if driving and touring other areas of the island.

La Nani Kapaa Kauai

This is a beautiful property. Beach is good for swimming, changes daily due to surf, can be rocky. BBQ area is clean. Pool is refreshing. Love the grass & shady areas along beach. Apartment itself is perfect for family of 4. The two rooms give everyone plenty of privacy & room to spread out. Two negatives not enough silverware and plates for 4 people. 6 forks, knives & spoons and 8 large plates is absolutely ridiculously!! We were having to clean dishes every other meal. Also the furniture is not comfortable at all. There is no air conditioning but there are fans in every room & extras to move around if needed. Laundry room is clean. Wash is $1.50, dry is $1 & detergent is $1.

Lovely condo located right on the ocean. Within walking distance of shops & restaurants. Condo stocked appropriately & has beach towels & chairs. Travel on the island is tricky with basically one highway.

Beautiful Location

Condo is located in beautifully maintained grounds, with ocean and pools at your finger tips. Great choice of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Market is also nearby on Tuesday and Thursdays. There is lots to do in the Kapa'a area and it is about a thirty minute drive to either the north or south end of the island. On the down side, the knives in the unit were incredible dull and could use a good professional sharpening (there is a steel provided but not easy to hone a good edge). Also the sheets in the twin beds could be replaced as the elastic on the corners are worn so bottom sheet doesn't hold in place. Also Carpeting is due for cleaning or replacement. Any immediate concerns we had were addressed ina timely manner by friendly staff. Would recommend this unit and location and hope to return.

Fantastic location!

We enjoyed our time here! The view from the balcony was just lovely to wake to each morning. We traveled with our two teens but this would also be a perfect location for younger children. I will say the condo is definitely looking tired and could use a refresh but the location and view surpass this minor detail. We would definitely stay here again! And one more thing...we were a little hesitant to stay in a condo with no A/C but it wasn’t a problem at all.
