  • Este lujoso y tranquilo condominio frente al mar de dos dormitorios y dos baños se encuentra a lo largo de la playa de Wailua en Kapa'a Kauai. Lanikai Resort es una propiedad tranquila y relajante con solo 18 unidades. Esta encantadora unidad tiene un seguimiento de invitados que la mantiene ocupada durante todo el año. Everything was perfect except that the water pressure in the shower in the main bedroom suite was only a drip so we had to shower in the other bathroom..

This property was lovely and exactly as shown online. The kitchen and baths were well- appointed, and linens were plentiful. The view was amazing and the sound of the ocean was balm to our souls. The A/C in the second bedroom (not oceanfront) was appreciated, but dresser drawers were too full to be able to use for our clothing. Highly recommend!

Incredible condo and location. Very clean, quiet, and well stocked with kitchen supplies and amenities. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and beautifully landscaped. We loved the warm pool, ease of access to the beach, plentiful parking, BBQ pit, and relaxing on the quiet lanai. The condo definitely is on the older side and is in need of a good carpet cleaning, new bed pillows, and some small refurbishments. Also needs a large useable cutting board since there is only a very tiny plastic one. Those are minor things and we still greatly enjoyed our time. We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable accommodations with a beautiful view! Nice pool area and beach. Several nice eateries within walking distance. Love the area of Kapaa, great central location for exploring both Hanalei and Poipu.

We loved our stay at this condo! The unit was immaculate when we arrived, and we were surprised at how big it is! Not all two bedroom condos are created equal and the living space here was nice and didn’t make us feel cramped. We obviously enjoyed the sprawling ocean view. The beach here is amazing for kids and the pool is heated! The grounds are well maintained and the people are so friendly and nice. Last but not least, we really enjoyed that we were in walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and walking trails. We will absolutely stay here again!

Amazing location with a view

This condo is spacious with a family of 4 it never felt cramped. It has everything you need to cook, beach stuff, loads of towels, toiletries... all the amenities of your home but in Kapaa. We will come back for sure, looking forward to the next trip

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as pictured and even better. Location was excellent. We loved being close to town and also close to the airport. The Lanai was lovely with a gorgeous ocean view. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It was really hard to leave the property because it was pretty close to perfect. Great location near the airport, good shopping and dining close by. Easy to navigate the entire island but mostly the views are spectacular! Well maintained property that was very comfortable.

Amazing views! We woke up to beautiful sunrise everyday. Nice Ocean breeze and wave sounds all day long. Well stocked kitchen. Easy access to restaurants close by. Enjoyed our stay really well!

Beautiful ocean view condo

The view from this condo is so beautiful you will have to force yourself to get up and see other parts of Kauai. But the location is perfect for visiting both the north and southareas. Condo is well equipped and walking distance from Lava Lava if you want someone else to do the cooking.

The place was great - view, beach, location, well stocked! Only complaint would be it was hard to get a good night of sleep, which is ideal on a relaxing vacation. The bed is super firm and pillows are old and lumpy. We woke with back and neck pain everyday. The curtains are sheer so you can't get a dark room. And the shearwater birds really do sound like a baby crying all night, so it would be great to have AC so you could close the windows and sleep comfortably. I would ship a mattress topper and stay here again if I where to come back to Kauai. But I honestly wouldn't come back to Kauai because the locals were super unfriendly and dishonest (other tourists where actually the most pleasant) and it was really hard to get good "local" produce and meat - obviously, this last note is not a reflection of the vrbo.

More than what was described - perfect stay!

My friend and I went with my infant daughter for a long weekend and it was perfect. We relaxed and stayed by the pool and at low tide, went into the tide pool by the ocean with my daughter. It was perfectly refreshing and I can’t say enough good things about this property.
