  • Sin lugar a dudas, Lae Nani 321 es un condominio excepcional. Puro y simple, todo es hermoso.

    Esta es una unidad de esquina en el segundo piso, de dos dormitorios y dos baños con ventanas en ambos lados y un gran lanai envolvente. Es amplio y luminoso, y tiene amplias vistas de la Bahía de Wailua, el océano y la amplia playa bordeada de palmeras directamente en frente del edificio.

    La perspectiva y la posición de Lae Nani 321 son únicas. Está absolutamente frente al mar, por lo que si desea permanecer lo más cerca posible del océano y tener vistas excepcionales de la propiedad con hermosos paisajes, seguramente disfrutará de Lae Nani 321. Los visitantes e invitados siempre están asombrados y encantados con las imágenes y los sonidos aquí.

    El interior también es una delicia.

    El condominio está bellamente amueblado y mantenido. Los gabinetes de cocina y los paneles de la sala de estar son de madera de Koa hawaiana.

Great stay

Great location, nice condo with an amazing view and terrific location near shops and restaurants with a nice beach out front and pool. Was a great stay and had everything we needed - great to have beach chairs, coolers, etc to just pack up and go.

Everything about this condo is great - the location, the beach, the facilities (pool and tennis court). It seems the place was recently remodeled and all appliances and furniture look brand new. The best rental I have ever had.

The hosts were AMAZING nice and accommodating. The condo is just as advertised... amazing location and beautiful views. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and the outdoor storage closet had great beach items (beach chairs, boogey boards, yoga mats, coolers etc.) would 100% stay here again. One thing to note is the bathrooms had soaps but did not have shampoo and conditioner. Not as issue as we brought some and were able to get more at the grocery store!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our time at Lae Nani 321 so much! The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pool was nice and big and refreshing. Proximity to the Coconut Marketplace with many shops and restaurants was very convenient. Close to many activities. The unit itself was just as shown online. One thing that would be nice is if the unit had a couple of beach chairs to take along to explore other beaches on the island. Overall, a wonderful trip!

We appreciate the restfulness and community feel of Lae Nani. It is very laid back so if you are looking for excitement or a party scene this is NOT for you. Walks along the beach, ease of access to both South and North shore plus a short walk to restaurants, farmers market and shopping are all at hand.

Beachfront Living

Overall we were pleased with the property. However, the ad said the unit was airconditioned, which is only partly true. The living room area has a mini-split AC unit but the bedrooms had nothing but fans. The night we arrived the unit was hot, stuffy and humid and we got almost no sleep. We recommend adding a mini-split to the master bedroom.

Usually I come with Stacey Love, but brought my family this time and we love the location. loved the location! The property was not as clean as it has been in the past. Lost of visible dust, especially the lighting above the dining table. Living room drapes are loose, hard to open sometimes and need some minor repair. I've rented from Kauai Vac Rentals for years, and it's my go to company. I feel you need to know these thing because I know you value your service as do I. Gloria at KVR is amazing. We will be back. Living the Dream on Kauai

After the events in Maui my wife and I had decided to go to the island of Kauai. We were scrambling to find lodging and just by chance this property came on the market after a recent remodel. It is just in a perfect location on the corner of a building so you get fantastic ocean views in two directions. The private beach area is less than 100’ away so you can enjoy the sound of crashing waves, long distance views toward Lihue and beautifully landscaped grounds including a nice pool 50’ outside the door. We spent so much time on the lanai just enjoying the scenery and sounds and you will too. The property is north of Lihue in the town of Kapaa and we really liked the local town as it had lots of options for dining and all the essentials like a grocery store without the crowds of Lihue or Poipu…not to say it was quiet but a little less busy and very central for touring about the island. The condo itself has two very spacious bedrooms and baths which appear to have benefitted from the recent remodel. The open area is very comfortable and the kitchen is adequate for your needs. This condo is just lovely and was a perfect place for us to enjoy the island. Please note that part of the remodel included adding AC units in the bedrooms so the issue raised in reviews about it being hot is eliminated. We literally had no complaints and would definitely look to stay here again if returning. I know it’s expensive, but one of the few places that I would say truly the cost.

I especially loved and enjoyed the large clean pool. The condo itself was wonderfully decorated. The showers were lovely. The bed was dreamy. My favorite part was the gorgeous view of the bay and the beautiful lanai. A real plus was the washer and dryer. With a safeway up the road and the farmer's market at Coconut marketplace, we ate many meals at the large dining room table. We did enjoy the Lava Lava club next door with its delicious food drinks and nightly music. We could not have wished for a more beautiful time and place.

Wonderful view and it was recently renovated with beautiful art, furniture and laundry. The master bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of kitchen items for us to make meals. The grounds are amazingly well kept and stunning. It has great parking and the location makes it easy to go to markets, food and a quick walk to restaurants, bakery and other cute shops. We traveled all over the island but love this area because of its quick access to the airport and both sides of the island. I’ve stayed in other places but this is by far the best at a very good price. Everything went smoothly and without a single issue. Lovely property 🌴👍

Kappa Kauai

Condo was in a very nice, well groomed compound. Was relaxing and quiet. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, we ate many meals there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the property was central to everything we wanted to do, see, and experience. Not a lot of great restaurants in the immediate area, but the island is small and so drivable that you can get to excellent restaurants within 20 minutes drive. Property manager was helpful and answered all questions quickly. I would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lae Nani was everything we had dreamed of for our family vacation to Kauai. The corner unit with panorama views were stunning day and night. Loved hearing the waves at night and the best part was being steps from the beach and pool. The grounds were gorgeous. We will book again for sure.

Better than I could have dreamed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was better, cleaner and more beautiful than I could have hoped for. It was nicer in person then the website showed. The property was well maintained and the gardens/plantings were lovely. Of course, this unit was excellently located, at the end of the unit, close to pool, and beach. But the view was the best thing of all. The sounds and sights made our stay unforgettable.
