Welcome to the paradise in Kauai, Waipouli Beach Resort. G-205 with 2 suite bedrooms and 3 full bath is equipped with high end luxuries to provide a comfortable, memorable vacation experience.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean and prepare for a full day of leisurely fun within the resort or venture out to the northern or southern end of the island for a multitude of activities using our mid-point location in Kapa'a on Kuhio Highway. We can provide you with lots of ideas to plan your holiday or feel free to just relax in the well-appointed condo or resort grounds. The perfect spot for romantic getaways or family trips.

The 2nd floor 2 bedroom/3 bath (sleeps 2-6)luxury unit offers appointments seen only in luxury condominiums. Step into the mountain/garden view living room with a view of Sleeping Giant from your lanai. Bedrooms are furnished to offer maximum comfort with snug beds, cozy linens and ceiling fans.

Living room has a convertible sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Bedrooms and living room are equipped with wall mounted large size LED TV's (65 inches in the living room and 50 inches in the bedrooms). Bathrooms with sunken tub and shower are furnished with Indonesian mahogany cabinets and Peruvian travertine floors and counter tops. The unit is tastefully designed in the Hawaiian style by awarding winning Honolulu design firm, Philpotts and Associates.

The fully equipped kitchen is a gourmet's dream with Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf range and oven, microwave and stainless dish washer. Our unit also offers full stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. It is equipped with all utensils and cookware yet we are also within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shops to meet everyone's tastes and needs.

End your day relaxing on the privacy of your lanai looking at Sleeping Giant. From hiking to helicopter rides, from lounging at the fantasy resort pool to luau dining, from sand bottom tiki lit jacuzzi to a quiet sandy resort beachfront with monk seals and whale watching -- plan your experience ahead online or within the resort at the lobby activity desk. Feel free to contact us to provide you with a range of ideas to spend your ideal day and evening with your spouse and family in paradise. But remember, you may need a vacation to rest up after your vacation.

A $45 per night resort fee is already included in the nightly rate. A $279 cleaning fee, 17.962% HI tax (GET, TAT, KTAT), and the VRBO guest service fee will be added to the reservation total.

We loved staying in G205! Plenty of room, nice amenities, spices in the kitchen. Our fourth stay at the Waipouli and it’s always terrific—sunrise on the beach, the gorgeous pool, grilling and a great location in the heart of Kapaa.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed the property. The rental unit was exactly as described. Claire and John were excellent VRBO hosts. The location is perfect to see the island, close to the airport, close to a grocery store. Everything was as expected and then some!! we can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Great location!

This location was amazing for all of the activities we enjoyed (tubing, luau, river kayaking, beaches and hikes). The place had more amenities than we even realized, including ample supplies of shampoo, conditioner and body wash - no need to bring any along. Convenient to so much you’ll need,and a beautiful setting along the beach and bike path. Mahalo and aloha!

Excellent stay in Kapaa

Waipouli Beach resort is a beautiful resort just north of Wailua and south of town of Kapaa. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and had everything you would need for a vacation. We were pleasantly surprised with some macadamia nut chocolates and Kaua’i cookies when we arrived. The beach chairs, and mats were perfect and the pool area and beach just steps away was so convenient. The beach isn’t a great swimming beach as there is a reef just a few feet into the water but it was a beatiful quiet beach and great for laying out. Each morning, my wife and I enjoyed a nice walk up the beach which is just north of the resort once you make your way onto the main road and through a little neighborhood. You can walk a good couple of miles up the sidewalk along the beach. We have never stayed in Kapaa before as we normally stay in Poipu but we wanted to try something different and I’m really glad we did. I would definitely stay here again.

Pristine Getaway in Kapaa

Beautiful well-appointed condo nestled in a peaceful resort in Kapaa. Within walking distance to the beach and conveniently close to airport. Just an hour’s drive to hiking trails and gorgeous sunrises in the mornings.

Perfect resort condo

The condo was great. We’ve always stayed at resorts, and this was our first attempt at a condo, I think we liked it even more than resort vacationing. Pictures are exactly as shown in the ad, great pool, great beach, lots of parking, great experience. The host had great communication and provided all the instructions needed to access the property.

Beautiful accommodations and fun amenities

Thank you for a great stay! We only stayed one night, but thoroughly enjoyed the pool and condo. The condo was comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen was great for preparing dinner and there is a Safeway right across the street from the property (walking distance) which was very convenient. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Thank you!

Perfect!

Unit is thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities guests might need. Very clean throughout. Comfortable beds, high-end appliances, in-unit washer-dryer, and charging stations for electronic devices made us feel right at home. A welcome gift basket was a very nice touch too! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful Property Wonderful Host

We had an incredible time and loved every second of our stay. The condo was beautiful. The Waipouli Beatrice resort is incredible with amazing pools waterslides and an excellent oceanfront beach area. We actually really loved the restaurant too. It had excellent food. Our host was accommodating, welcoming and very helpful.

The Perfect Family Get Away!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Claire the host is wonderful! My granddaughter (4 yrs old) loved the pool and slides. The condo and property are kept very clean. I only have wonderful things to say about our stay. We are already thinking about coming back next year!!

This place is perfect!

This condo is perfect. It has everything you need to enjoy the resort and nearby beaches. We are a family of four with two high energy kids. When we come back, we’ll book this exact listing in a second. We’ve seen people say that the beach at the resort is too rocky, but as long as you aren’t looking for deep ocean swimming, we found the beach in front of the resort to be perfect for wading, playing, splashing and digging with kids.

Loved this rental! I do wish it had a better view though. That was about the only thing missing.

This rental property was perfect! The only thing missing was a good view. Especially with the rain and being inside more then we would have liked. But overall the rental was everything we could of asked for. One of the toilets was not working properly but they did what they could to fix the issue while we were there. And we were short blankets so the property manager ran to Ross and brought us one over. A few other things were wrong but we were overall happy with the place and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone and would love to come back! Hoping the weather would be better.
