Our condo awaits you on the top floor of a charming plantation-style 3-story building at Islander on the Beach (please note, there is no elevator). As our guests, you'll have exclusive access to a range of delightful amenities. Take a dip in the refreshing beach-side swimming pool, unwind in the hot tub, savor delicious, barbecued meals using our provided grills, and sip on refreshing tropical drinks at the tiki pool bar – all just steps away from our condo’s door.

Convenience is at your fingertips as we neighbor the Coconut Marketplace, featuring restaurants, cafes, specialty stores, and a market offering grocery staples and deli items. Indulge in a culinary adventure at Hukilaulanai and Lava Lava Beach Club, two of Kauai's most popular dining destinations located right next door. Our condo is on the Kauai Bike Path, which invites you to embark on a romantic stroll, jog, or bike ride along the picturesque coastline. Don't miss out on exploring local farmer's markets, paddleboarding the Wailua River, and partaking in a multitude of outdoor activities that await you just minutes away.

Our studio condo offers many of the comforts of home. Stay cool with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, relax in a comfy King bed with crisp linens, and take advantage of the twin sleeper sofa for added flexibility. The full-size bathroom is well-appointed with towels for both bathing and beach excursions. We provide essential amenities including a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, as well as silverware, glasses, cups, plates, and utensils. Stay connected with free high-speed internet and enjoy cable TV with complimentary access to Amazon Video, HBO Max, Netflix, and Apple TV streaming. For your outdoor adventures, we provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and hiking poles. Explore the wonders of Kauai with our curated guidebooks, and utilize the provided hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Your valuables can be securely stored in the in-suite safe for peace of mind.

Please note that a one-time cleaning fee of $115 is included in your reservation to ensure the condo is sparkling clean upon your arrival. If you wish to have a mid-stay cleaning during your holiday, please let us know in advance, and we will gladly schedule it for an additional $115 fee. For stays of 10 nights or longer, a mandatory $115 mid-stay cleaning fee is required, with subsequent cleanings every 10 days (e.g., 20 nights = $230 for 2 mid-stay cleans).

What is not to love about this place! Walking distance to the coconut marketplace, a pool with a bar and a killer happy hour from 3-6pm, walking distance to hukilau lanai, beautiful path to walk along the beach, so close to sleeping giant hike and other attractions - we LOVED it here!! The room was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had so many useful amenities. We can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect little condo perfect view. Perfect support! I just couldn’t have been better! Communication was excellent. There was even my favorite macadamia nut coffee and some chocolates waiting for us so that was a beautiful little surprise! Highly recommend - just couldn’t get a better view of the beach and the unit is very conveniently located next to Shopping so you can walk right next-door. Everything was perfect!

The condo was just as described and looked just like the pictures online. The views were amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunrise and whale watching from the lanai. The condo was perfectly stocked with all necessities for our stay. Khaled and Jennifer go above and beyond to make your stay perfect and are very attentive and responsive! The grounds are immaculate and the Coconut Marketplace is an added bonus! We can’t wait to come back and stay again! Definitely Mahalo!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this gem! Firstly, the owners were wonderful communicators! Secondly, the condo was spotless and everything that was listed and more! Lastly, the location was great! There were plenty of shops and restaurants ( and morning coffee to watch the sunrise) within minutes to walk to! I would highly recommend this wonderful condo and if we return to Kauai, we will for sure stay here!

This is a beautiful condo. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. Furnished with so many of the essentials you need for your stay. It has a comfortable bed and great shower. The view and the sound of the ocean waves can't be beat. It is within walking distance to any price restaurant and market and is located on beautiful grounds. We will hopefully be able to come back soon.

This stay exceeded our expectations by far! If you are choosing between different properties I urge you to stay here as everything is perfect, from the morning sunrises, the hot tub after a long day of adventure (as close as can be), the happy hour bar (once again, as close as can be). The location is just perfect. If we visit this island again we would definitely stay here again and just relax as we already explored the island and did all the "touristy" things during this stay. This place has it all. I had no idea this was part of a larger compound but I think that made it even more convenient, parking was plentiful (as long as you are comfortable with a tight squeeze), there is a nice restaurant oceanside bar/restaurant next door, if you want to get a lunch for your hikes or don't feel like driving to get dinner, the grocery store a few minutes walk away has everything and souvenirs if you need. You get to talk to amazing people with different stories and backgrounds in the hot tub as well. During our stay we saw some of the same people in the tub and were able to bond and share stories and give tips and helpful advice. TLDR, this place has everything if you just want to relax by the beach and do nothing, or if you were like us and took morning sunrise photos by the beach (Such a beautiful backdrop), explored the island during the day, and came back to the hot tub and bar for happy hour and relaxed while star gazing(4 shooting stars in one night). We came from Maui to Kauai and the 2 properties could not have been more different. This one in Kauai was so much cleaner and updated, and the perfect size for the 2 of us! And also in the perfect location! Great pool and hot tub, it was paradise within a paradise!

From our first inquiry to check out everything was communicated and fine smoothly. The online reference to any questions about the unit were easily easily available. The location was fantastic with beautiful sunrise, by the bike/walking trail. We have stayed on Kauai many times and this location on Kapaa was a great location, unit and wonderful time. This particular condo within The Islander is the best we have ever stayed in. In fact, it was better than most 1 bedroom units we have rented elsewhere!! This unit was stocked with everything you could possibly want. The provided beach chairs were a dream for me as I have a bad back and it is difficult to sit on the sand! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone considering staying in the Kapaa area!! It is also within walking distance of shopping for supplies and fun things!

Our stay at this Wailua condo was wonderful. The grounds of the complex were impeccably kept and there is a beautiful pool and outdoor bar for adult entertainment. We loved looking out at the ocean every morning and being so close to great restaurants and shopping as well as steps away from the ocean! Would definitely stay here again!
