This recently remodeled and updated resort style condo with majestic ocean views is located on the bay on the Coconut Coast of the island of Kauai and is part of the Lae Nani Community (“Beautiful Bay” in Hawaiian). Guests return year after year to sunbathe on the beach, enjoy ocean activities and to listen to the soothing sound of ocean waves. This side of the island of Kauai is known for its beautiful morning sunrises.

The Lae Nani Community has many amenities including BBQ grills, tennis court, an ocean view swimming pool and luscious tropical landscaping. A nearby natural protected lava rock pool at the edge of the ocean is a great place to enjoy the ocean waters out of the ocean current. This property is very unique as it has a beach path that runs along the property and a sacred “heiau” (Hawaiian temple) between it and the ocean. Many guests enjoy ocean activities from this community such as ocean swimming, snorkeling, SUP, kite boarding and surfing. Hawaiian monk seals can be seen on many occasions, resting on the beach.

This residence can comfortably sleep four people. The master bedroom with ocean views is equipped with a King size bed. The second bedroom has two Twin beds that can be converted to a King size bed. The lanai off the living room is a great place to sip your favorite beverage and take in the scent of the fresh ocean air and feel the warm tradewinds. This home has some of the best ocean views in the community as it is located on the top floor of the 3 story building. There is a community laundry room, however, the owners have installed a washer/dryer in the home for your convenience.

Just one community away from the Coconut Market Place where you can find shopping, dining and cafes along with an activities center. There are other quaint shopping centers that offer coffee, pastries and dining near.

This property was recently added to VRBO in June 2022. That is the reason for limited reviews. This unit is on the top 3rd floor in the building and has majestic ocean and mountain views. There is no elevator.

Baby and toddler furniture can be rented and delivered before your arrival by a local rental company. Bicycle and snorkel gear can also be rented from local companies. Shampoo and body soaps are not provided.
