Some amenities include billiards table, pop-a-shot, foosball, fire pit, cigar lounge and more. You will have access to the entire home (no garage access) and the surrounding 10-1/3 acre of land. The home is two-stories at 3,250 sq. ft. and has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Outdoor lawn area may be used for some activities such as soccer, flag football, volleyball, etc as there are roughly 1-1/2 area of lawn space. Pond is stocked and great for kids and adults alike to catch and release.

The main floor consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The basement has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Overall total is 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own air purifiers, bluetooth speakers and blackout curtains.
