*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is a fenced yard at this property and a park right across the street! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

Great find
We loved this property! It's a great find for us. We go to KC a few times a year to visit an elderly parent and usually stay in hotels. It's really nice to be able to spread out at the end of the day. Great location, close to grocery store and restaurants. And for us closer to our family member.

Perfect and Cozy
We loved the cute house, Cozy in KC! It was the perfect size and location for our trip to KC and a Chiefs’ game. The house was clean and comfortable. This house is across from a park where we saw lots of people and dogs walking. I would recommend it.

Cozy in KC
We had a really great stay at this property. We both work from home and there was plenty of space for us to do that during the week. The house is conveniently located across from a great park and has a fantastic back yard so our dog loved it. We were in town visiting some friends going through a difficult time. The house offered us everything we needed to be comfortable and productive while tending to our friends on the evenings.
