We want every guest to have an amazing stay while respecting our home and neighbors.

* Approved events require prior authorization
* Approved Event Fee: $1,200
* Unauthorized Party Fee: $2,000
* Smoking Fee: $1,000
* Pet Fee: $100 per pet
* Maximum approved event attendance: 25 people
* No unauthorized parties
* No smoking inside the home

For guest and property security, **exterior security cameras are located outside the home. There are no indoor cameras.**
