This house is within walking distance of historic downtown Lee's Summit, consistently voted one of the top small-town downtowns in the country, it has lots of cute shops, bars, restaurants, and parks. The house features a fully functional kitchen, and living room, mature trees, 10-foot ceilings, and a relaxing vibe. You’ll love the neighborhood, the great kitchen, and the coziness. You'll have full access to everything in the house, and other amenities and household items are available on demand. Amenities include free WiFi, TV with Netflix and DVD, and more.

There are three bedrooms (two with queen size beds and one with a twin) and 1 bathroom.

We are always close by and happy to help you with anything you need!

The house was adorable. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked.Host were very nice and responded quickly when I had a question about trash pickup. I stayed solo, but my grandson and family would spend the day with me. I would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time renting this beautiful home. It is comfortable, close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, and has a fabulous front porch for relaxing at the end of the day. The beds are super comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well-stocked and beautifully renovated. It’s a charming home on a quiet street, but is within walking distance to downtown Lee’s Summit. Next time we visit, we will be sure to rent this home again!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

The kitchen is beautifully remodeled, we enjoyed cooking dinner and sitting at the island drinking our coffee early in the morning. The rest of the home was quaint and comfortable. We drove into Kansas City a few times, which was a little bit of a jaunt from the house but we chose to stay in Lees Summit to get away from the hustle and bustle. All in all I would highly recommend staying in this home! We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Cozy Home

This home is very well maintained, updated, clean, and comfortable. The twin bed in the listing has been replaced with a queen bed, which worked out even better for our family! The home is located in a beautiful historic part of Lee's Summit and which is a short walk to lots of cute shops, restaurants, and cafes. We really enjoyed the comfortable front porch where we could listen to the birds and relax in the shade.

We stayed here before. Close to our family, love downtown Lee Summit. Easy walk to restaurants. Comfy beds, clean and has everything you need. Easy to communicate with owners. We will definitely be back next family event.

Weekend in Lee’s Summit

This property was fantastic! It was incredibly clean and comfortable, it is walking distance from downtown Lee’s Summit, and it had the cutest porch for me to read and bird watch in the mornings with my coffee. Will definitely be back!

Great Weekend Getaway

We decided to do a little weekend staycation. We loved being so close to downtown Lees Summit and were able to enjoy some new restaurants. The house was clean and very cozy and looked just like the pictures. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away for the weekend locally or coming from out of town and needing close proximity to local shops, entertainment, and resturants.

Christmas visit

This property remains the perfect place for me and my partner to stay when we visit family in Lee’s Summit. We have stayed there three times and will be back in the spring. The house is spacious enough to accommodate visits from friends and family during our stay.

Revival Retreat

We live on the East Coast, but are originally from KC. We came to visit relatives and friends, but also to attend an annual function at Abundant Life Church in Lees Summit. We wanted a place to stay in an area within walking distance of local businesses. We were very impressed with the amenities and provisions provided for our stay. This is a very modern, well-done restoration of an early 1900's bungalow. Thank you for the refresh.

Great family stay

The house was very homey and fully equipped. Except I couldn’t find a toaster. The beds are comfortable and it was a nice surprise to find a third queen size bed instead of a twin as the ad showed. The location is great and close to restaurants and in a safe and nice neighborhood. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We were 5 minutes from our son’s house. It was great. We definitely will stay there again.
