The loft is located on the second floor of a secure building (stairs only, no elevator) with a private rear entrance and personalized code for your stay. Everything downtown is right outside your door—from nightlife and dining to entertainment venues and art galleries.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire loft. Guests will enter utilizing code for the keypad on the back door of the building and the front door to the loft.

Visitors love the energy of First Fridays, when the streets fill with live music, food trucks, and art pop-ups—but the area is alive every day with boutique shopping, locally roasted coffee, and chef-driven dining. The Crossroads also places you close to iconic KC landmarks like the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, Union Station, and the bustling Power & Light District.



With the KC Streetcar just steps away, you’ll have easy access to the River Market to the north and the Plaza to the south, all without needing to drive. Walkable, vibrant, and filled with character, this neighborhood is the ideal base for exploring Kansas City’s best.



Getting Around:

You have access to one reserved parking spot during your stay! Park and walk to the Power & Light District where you can catch the free StreetCar that goes from the River Market, Power & Light to Union Station! Take a short minute Uber ride or rent scooters, your options are endless!



Other Things to Note:

EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking.



IDENTITY VERIFICATION: To confirm your reservation, the primary guest is required to complete a brief identity verification process, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Verification must be completed prior to check-in.



*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.



*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 4, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.



*PETS - This property does not allow pets. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.



*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.



There is a designated parking lot on the side of the building. This unit has one designated space.



*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.



*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

Host will not be on site during the stay but can easily be reached via email, text or phone.
