This recently constructed house is furnished with brand new items and situated in close proximity to several of Kansas City's renowned attractions. If you plan to visit Worlds/Oceans of Fun, this property is the ideal location. It is a suitable option for family holidays, corporate accommodations, or a romantic escape.



The Space:

This Brand NEW home is equipped with 4 BR, 2 BA and a cozy living area with kitchen. Air mattress is also provided for sleeping.



Watch your favorite Netflix,HULU, or Amazon Prime on the smart ROKU TV. (This listing does not have cable--and you'll have to login with your own credentials)



The space is business ready with a small desk with laptop space, plenty of closet space, iron and ironing board, for all of your clothes needs!



The space includes a washer/dryer, coffee maker (coffee, sugar and creamer provided) and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a toaster and blender. All basic toiletries provided--towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, board, coffee and tea. Super-fast WiFi and smart TVs.

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.

The home was perfect! It was very clean and exactly what my family needed. It was about 15 minutes away from all our activities. Josh was very responsive and was in great communication! I would definitely stay here again!

Lacked cleanliness!

The owners responsiveness was great with this property but that’s about the only good thing I have to say. We had several issues with the property. The cleanliness of this house was VERY POOR. There are marks and smudges all over all of the walls. The air returns are full of dust. Appliances were filthy. Kitchen towel was dirty with soiled food and was left hanging. The inside of drawers are dirty, silverware drawer in particular. When we arrived there was a bowl of cigarettes butts left on the patio table, a lighter, a pack of cigarettes, and two shirts (one which was found in the yard by the mowers and one on the patio chair). The bed linens were stained and the white towels were stained as well. We felt like we had to wash everything before we could use/sleep on it. The carpet on the stairs are absolutely stained and terrible looking. No vacuum was provided and the area rug in the living room was not clean. The grill is a severe hazard. The lid cannot be opened with the handle unless you are holding an oven mitt. My husband burnt his hand. Lid is broke on the grill. The blinds hanging on the back door are half missing, so there is no privacy from the back patio walk out. The toilet seat was broken. Door handle to the fridge is broke off. Patio cushions are faded and torn. This house has great potential but the listing reports that this is a new place. Not sure how new but the upkeep on the property was def lacking. Beds were comfy and was in a safe neighborhood.

Great house

The host is wonderful! Quick to respond to all my questions! We had six people, but would also work perfect for 8. Plenty of room, great location, easy access to all major highways and attractions. We will be back!
