Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests, The Stadium Cottage is stocked with everything you could possibly need—whether you're here for game day action, a city getaway, or a relaxing stay with family and friends.



Living Room:

Settle in and get game day ready in the cozy living room, featuring a comfortable couch and loveseat, a 65" Smart HDTV, and high-speed WiFi to keep you connected. Although cable is not provided, streaming apps like Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime Video are preloaded for your convenience—just log into your own accounts and start watching.



Kitchen:

Prefer a night in? The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances—refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster—plus pots, pans, utensils, and a spice rack to cook up your favorite meals. Basic dishes and even wine glasses are provided so you can easily enjoy a homemade dinner or drinks after a day at the stadiums.



Dining Room:

Gather around the dining table for a meal, a board game, or a cup of coffee from the well-stocked coffee bar, featuring a Keurig, drip coffee maker, pour-over, and French press. Fresh coffee grounds, creamer, and sugar are provided to kick-start your mornings.



Bedrooms:

All three bedrooms are located on the second level and have been designed for ultimate comfort:



Each features a luxurious queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens and plush pillows.

White noise machines on every nightstand ensure a peaceful night's sleep, even with the nearby highway.

Luggage racks, dressers, and closets offer plenty of storage space for longer stays.

The master bedroom also includes a Smart TV for private relaxation.



Bathrooms:

One full bathroom upstairs and one half-bath downstairs make it easy for groups to share space.

Guests are provided with one large bath towel and one washcloth per person, plus make-up towels for added convenience.

Tommy Bahama luxury bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion) complete your spa-like experience.



Outdoor Living:

Enjoy warm evenings in the screened-in porch or challenge your group to one of the backyard games available in the fully fenced-in yard—perfect for both humans and pets! (Yes, your furry friends are welcome!)

This home backs up to the highway. Each bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine to minimize any disruption, but if you are a particularly light sleeper, please consider this before booking.

Guest Access:

Guests will be able to enjoy the full 3 bedroom/1.5 bath house all to themselves. Guests have full use of the front and backyard, garage and basement where there is a full size washer and dryer.

Whether you're cheering on the Chiefs, catching a Royals doubleheader, or just soaking in the electric atmosphere, this is the place to stay.

Getting Around:

Uber is a great way to get around Kansas City, but in addition to , Uber the Kansas City Street Car stop at Union Station is only about 10 minutes away. Park at Union Station for Free and catch the KC streetcar (ALSO FREE!) all the way to the River Market where there is great dining and shopping options.



Other Things to Note:

EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking.



IDENTITY VERIFICATION: To confirm your reservation, the primary guest is required to complete a brief identity verification process, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Verification must be completed prior to check-in.



*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.



*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.



*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.



*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced back yard! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.



*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

Host will not be on site during the stay but am a phone call away but don't live at the property.
