Cute and very clean unit on the edge of a quiet neighborhood (that needs a face lift.) The parking is the street in front of the duplex, convenient, but a very narrow street, plenty of spots. The upstairs tenants were loud, heard every step, 1am alarms, and movements. The flooring in the unit is unleveled with dips and lacks support. Beware of extra fees and background check.

KC Overkill

Although this was a clean comfortable apartment, we would not book again. The ID process used called Superhog was obnoxious, and totally unnecessary. In addition to the taxes and fees charged by Vrbo this host also required us to pay for an identification verification. We have never encountered this in all the rentals we have booked. We are also landlords and have not subjected our renters to this additional step. We had to verify twice and I ended up paying an additional $70 above my booking and rental fees. It states that this will increase connection with the host. Not in our book. It only served to irritate us and increase animosity. Because we waited to book our date, we had few choices, so we booked and had to eat the additional fees. But lesson learned.

Just what we needed!

This attractive rental was immaculately clean and perfectly located for our needs. Only minutes from downtown Kansas City and the city market area. It was fully stocked and has a completely modern kitchen. Parking is on the street, but we never had any difficulty finding a spot. The host responded to every request within minutes. Would love to stay here again.
