Designed as the nation’s first suburban shopping district built for cars, the Plaza was the vision of developer J.C. Nichols. Inspired by the architecture of Spanish marketplaces, Nichols began transforming swampy land in 1907. The Nelson-Atkins Museum is right across the street which offers plenty of scenic walking and the Plaza is only one block away. When you're ready to explore, catch the free KC Streetcar and visit Union Station, Crown Center, Power & Light, and the City Market - all of these iconic locations are directly accessible on the KC Streetcar route!
Both units are fully stocked and individually functional, making it easy to spread out or travel with multiple guests. The adjoining door provides the best of both worlds: togetherness and privacy.
*POTENTIAL NOISE: These units are located off the first floor lobby of a shared building. With people coming and going regularly, noise is a possibility and we provide sound machines to make your stay more comfortable.

This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. *PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
*PETS - We do not accept pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*PARKING - This rental does not include a designated parking space. During special events at the Plaza or Nelson-Atkins Museum, parking may be limited. We recommend planning accordingly, taking the Streetcar or using ride-share services when needed.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
