"Nice room, but the external key is tricky"

"Good value for money hotel. It was basic but rooms were clean. It is in a bit of a run down area with only 1 small shop nearby but the tram into the city centre stops right outside. Be warned there is no lift and there are 4 floors."

"Property had everything that was needed. Very peaceful."

"Checkin staff was great. My only issue is the way the elevator is set up. Basically you needed to walk up or down a half a staircase to get to the elevator. So if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage, it was a bit of a pain. But otherwise, very good. Definitely, worth the money i spent."

"Great stay at the hanza just a 5 minute walk from the bus station, only 15 minutes max to the centre. Hotel room was spacious and clean, a little dated but completely fine. Breakfast was a bonus ontop of the already great price for the hotel, couldnt recommend enough. Staff are also very helpful and welcoming :) As a side note: There is a tourist tax to pay at the hotel which is standard. For my 3 day stay it was €2"

"Good property and nice room one problem the fitness room doesn’t open until 8am, ridiculous for most people that want a quick workout while travelling.my hotel today has 24 hour fitness room , I found that a downgrade on what otherwise was a good hotel"

"The host Margot’s is a very friendly guy. He was also very helpful in assisting me to find transportation to the apartment. The apartment has the feeling of home. It was wonderful to wake up to the singing of birds in the morning even though I am in the heart of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable which made me sleep very well during my entire stay. Shopping, dining and historical monuments are all within walking distance. The entire city is accessible through an efficient public transit...

"Overall nice experince, It would have been nice if I could get all the information couple of days earlier to know what I need to know. For parking you need to have a cell phone to call a specific number and I did not have it had to buy a SIM in order to avail the parking."

"Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett und die Kissen waren bequem, und die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Besonders schätzte ich die Möglichkeit, das Auto im Innenhof zu parken. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es ruhig und angenehm. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine gründlichere Reinigung in manchen Bereichen. Insgesamt war ich jedoch sehr zufrieden. "It is what you pay the price for. Personnel wasn't really friendly, rooms were basic. Location was pretty good. Would recommend if you're on a budget & don't need much luxury."
