"This is a truly beautiful resort! The staff are incredibly professional and accommodating. During our stay, one of the travelers in our group who uses a wheelchair unfortunately injured himself in the shower. "Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen and it has one of the best views of the city by the rooftop pool. By far one of my favorite, the only bad thing is the front desk took a picture of my passport with his personal phone after I had already checked in and sent a copy of my passport. That was weird, but outside of that great stay. "

Much of the character and charm comes from the friendly, helpful staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The restaurant food is great and good value and the roof top pool although small gives amazing views around the city. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is a small hotel with a very big heart. "

"Great location just a short walk to the water. Lots os shops restaurants and bars as well as tourist attractions."

"First before arriving I got two messages offering the use of their car to pick me up from the airport for $35. I hired a Grab car for $15 so I appreciate the offer but decline. Very easy to find Grab cars when you arrive at Tecno airport…just go to the far left. Huge sign, you can’t miss. I get to the hotel and the entrance is very modest, on what looks like a small side street. I thought I was at the wrong place but I wasn’t. The entrance is fit for a 2 star hotel. But then you walk in....
