"Expedia listed this property with Free Breakfast, a gym and a spa - and NONE were true. The staff did get us a free breakfast as I showed the Expedia itinerary several times. We were charged 50 Bhat for a second pillow as my husband always uses two. There was only 1 free water bottle for two of us. The grounds were beautiful. "

"Reserved and paid for a room with balcony and mountain view. Got a view of a back wall and no balcony instead. Was offered a more expensive river view room - but had to pay for it so i re booked. Didn't get a refund for the fake room. Feel cheated."

"Great location. Property on older side and probably due for a Reno to take it to the next level but I stayed for ease of location - close to the action but away from the hustle and bustle. Pleasant staff. Will happily choose here for my next visit."
