Kanab Paradise House with 2 King Beds Close to Hiking Trails

Imagine walking out the front door and seeing Utah's red-rock mountains staring back at you! You walk down the street and suddenly you are on a mountain trail that leads to dinosaur tracks. You return home from one of the many incredible sights around Kanab and relax in a hammock or gather around a firepit. Or maybe challenge someone to a game of foosball or cornhole or connect 4. At the end of the day, enjoy the night sky, see the stars and enjoy the quiet surroundings or maybe see a deer on the property. Welcome to the Kanab Paradise House!

The Kanab Paradise house is a 2700 square foot home that can host 12 people comfortably with 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 family gathering rooms located on a large lot on the edge of Kanab. You can walk to two awesome hiking trails from the house, or drive to three national parks (Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon) and numerous national monuments, state parks, slot canyons, The Wave, and more.

THE LAYOUT

-High speed free wifi internet connection throughout the house.
-Three-level house can accommodate two or more separate families.

UPSTAIRS
-Oversized master bedroom with attached bathroom on upper level of house with a desk, king bed and great views.
-Upstairs bedroom with queen bed and bunkbeds with a bathroom in the hall.

MAIN FLOOR
-Main level has a fully-stocked kitchen with 8-seat dining table, 3 bar stools, a family room, and a living room with a TV.
-Main level also has a half bathroom.

DOWNSTAIRS
-Downstairs bedroom with a king bed.
-Downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and bunkbeds.
-Downstairs family room has a foosball table, games, TV and full bathroom.
-Downstairs has a large capacity washer and dryer in the utility room.

LOCATION:

- On the edge of Kanab in the Kanab Ranchos area. Deer frequent through the property. Rural, yet within city limits.
-20 minutes from Best Friends Animal Society, sand caves, Belly of the Dragon, Peekaboo slot canyon, and Coral Pink Sand Dunes.
-40 minutes from Zion National Park
-60 minutes to Bryce National Park, Wire Pass/Buckskin Gulch, The Wave, Toadstools hike and more.
-Less than 2 hours from Grand Canyon National Park.
-There are numerous other hikes, slot canyons, and national monuments a short distance away.

THE RULES

-No smoking or pets on property, inside or outside. No candles or fireworks of any kind on property.

-Please remove outdoor shoes once inside the house, and use the sandstone drink coasters we have provided for beverages.

-Please do not leave flood lights on outside of the house on late at night. This disturbs the neighbors!
