The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need for meals including some spices and staples. Downstairs has a pass-through bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also a bathroom and a private queen size bedroom.
There is a shared back yard patio with BBQ area with a table and chairs and there is a Fire Pit area for your use that is shared space. Most Guests do not use the back yard. Many Guests love that there are many restaurants and a grocery store within a 5 min walk of the home. If you have more Guests there is also a 2 Bedroom unit at this property which makes it a 5 Bedroom 3 Bath with 2 full kitchens, that accommodates 10, if it is not already booked.
There is plenty of parking even for trailers beside and in front of this property. Bryce and Zion National Parks, Lake Powell and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon are less than 2 hours away.
