Clean and comfortable end unit, larger than the others

This is a two-story town home in the heart of Kanab. It is an end unit, making it larger than the other units in the development.

The main floor boasts new flooring, television, kitchen (fully stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils), gas fireplace, washer and dryer, bathroom, and a backyard patio with a beautiful view of an open space horse pasture.

The upstairs has three bedrooms with three queen beds. The master bedroom also has a couch that can be converted into a full sized bed. There is a shared bathroom with shower in the hallway, and the master bedroom has its own master bathroom.

There is free wireless high-speed fiber internet. The town home is fully stocked with linens and towels.

The T.V. comes with amazon fire tv, meaning that you can watch hundreds of shows and movies. You can also log in to your own netflix or hulu account if you have one. The T.V comes with standard (non-cable) channels.

No smoking on or near the premises (this includes the patio or parking area). This is a law imposed on vacation rentals by Kanab City.

Pets may be allowed depending on the situation, so please ask us before instant booking.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit in Kanab. Complex was convenient to the main part of town. It was quiet with plenty of parking. The grounds are nice and dumpsters are on site for trash. Unit was spacious and had all the amenities. There was an informative binder. Plenty of kitchen supplies: plates, glasses, cooking items. Separate laundry room in unit with good washer and dryer. Includes towels for pool and plenty of bedding. Easy to reach unit manager.

So Fun!

We loved our stay at this property! The townhouse was perfect for our family of five. We had easy access to Zion and Bryce Canyon. We also enjoyed some fun hikes close to Kanab.

Amazing location

Place was great! Was located next to some Utah hills so beautiful ❤️ the only thing which the owners can’t help if the food in the area all closes by 8:00pm so if you like being out late might need to be okay with hanging out at the place :)

Great stay in kanab

Had a great stay the property is right in town. Was clean and plenty of space. Property is quiet and well taken care of. Easy drive to Zion and many other sites to see definitely would stay again. House was stocked with all the essentials we needed.

Had a great time!

The house was clean, cozy and well stocked. We loved sitting in the hot tub after a long day of hiking too. The carpets could have used a cleaning but overall an amazing place to stay. We will book again :)

Lovely townhome in Kanab!

We had a great time in Kanab and this townhome suited my family of 4 with 2 grown children perfectly. It would have been nice to have had some napkins or paper towels. I didn't think I would need to buy those at the store, but other than than, we had everything we needed. Loved seeing the horses in the adjacent property and deer even walked by one morning while we were having coffee outside. Beautiful!

Oasis in the desert

This was a wonderful condo in Kanab. The home was clean and very comfortable. My family and I found it to be a perfect place to relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing. Kanab has a lot to offer for people of all ages. We loved it.

Spacious condo

The condo was as stated. It was clean and spacious. Communication with the owners was very pleasant. They let me change our arrival date several times due to Covid. Location is perfect for visiting Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.

Very clean and comfortable. All bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs, but there is a half bathroom downstairs which helps limit the number of trips up the stairs.

Very enjoyable stay, plenty of room and a great town and central location!

Very spacious townhome with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs and the living spaces and half bath downstairs. Kitchen had tons of cookware and dishes. Swimming pool in the center of the townhome development was great. The setting is stunningly beautiful with the red cliffs and hills surrounding! Plenty of amenities in town. Escobar's was delicious Mex food. Central to Bryce, Zion and North Rim Grand Canyon, but plan a whole day for activities just near Kanab, we ran out of time!

Our pleasant stay

We didn’t arrive in Kanab until 11pm. We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of the townhome. When we awoke the next day, there were gorgeous red rocks all around and a most peaceful setting! Our regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer to relax. We would definitely rent this one again.

Great value!

This townhouse was perfect for us and our kids. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. We spent most of our day out and about but it was such a nice place to come home to. Definitely a great value! We would book again.

Perfect townhouse

This townhouse was perfect place to stay for our family of four. Location was great and setting was beautiful. The towhhouse was very clean and the few questions that we had were answered very quickly by the owners. We had many options to choose from in Kanab for our family vacation and we were so happy we found this Beautiful town home! From the comfortable beds, beautiful views, and the welcoming swimming pool at the end of a long day of hiking- we couldn’t have picked a better place!
