Very enjoyable time staying here. Kanab is close to everything. Had everything we needed for both my wife & I. Highly recommend staying at this listing. Scott was great with his prompt responses in regards to our questions about the property. Would definitely stay again for sure!

Great condo, nice bedrooms, and big closets. Loved that there were blow dryers! The kitchen had all the tools we needed and even some throat coat tea bags for our sore throats. Beautiful, quiet area. Loved the large pool area as well. Usually the last day we're up early scrambling and trying to get the check list checked off. Not here, we got to wake up late and enjoy our last, long morning. Thanks for the great stay! Kanab is full of fun things to do.

Location of the property was fantastic. The people in the community and surrounding area were so nice and welcoming. Great town with great dining options and a wonderful grocery store that had fresh sandwiches and really good sushi. The property was clean and had everything that we needed and we would stay there again. The communication with the owner was great. He was very responsive. The property was clean but it needed a bit of work. Ceiling fans and vents were very dirty. There were also some outlets covers that were either cracked or completely gone. Just a bit of maintenance needs to be done but other than that it was a great property.

Base for visiting Antelope Canyon and Zion

This townhome was perfect for our group of 4 to come back to after visiting surrounding sites. Close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants was so convenient and the area was very peaceful and quiet. Scott was a perfect host who replied to our questions quickly. We would definitely come back and refer to our others.

Nice location for adventures

This was a great base camp for our adventures. We did a lot of hiking and off roading. There is a lot to do nearby (Sand Caves, for example) and further out (White Pocket, Kodachrome). And the drives to get places are lovely. The pool was nice and our rental had everything we needed for our week stay. We also found a really nice (and big) park close by for an extra playtime for the kids! Thank you to Scott for hosting this rental!

Best Base Camp Ever

The unit is walking distance to the grocery, to the Wave lottery site, to trailheads in the hills, the library, and most importantly, Escobar's. : ). Day trips to Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Kodachrome, and Coyote Buttes perfectly doable. Not only was the unit well-stocked in the kitchen and linen closet, but also information on activities in the area. Scott was super responsive and helpful. The availability of parking for additional cars was a bonus.

Fantastic rental

Scott has a very nice place and thought of extras - cooler for day trips , laundry available onsite if needed. Home is comfortable and quiet. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to awesome hikes

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. The property is in an excellent location to go on unlimited hikes that we really enjoyed. Visitor center was very helpful in helping us find the perfect places to hike.
