  • Bienvenido a Mauna Lani Fairways # 903. Relájese, descanse y disfrute de todas las comodidades que esta villa tropical tiene para ofrecer. Atractivo y contemporáneo, esta casa adosada se encuentra en el campo de golf y en la prestigiosa zona turística de Mauna Lani.

    Esta propiedad ofrece una vida de concepto abierto para permitir un flujo fácil y viene con una cocina totalmente equipada que es a la vez espaciosa y con todas las comodidades del hogar. El nivel principal ofrece una cómoda sala de estar que incluye un sofá cama, un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas, un DVD inalámbrico y se encuentra adyacente a la zona de comedor que se abre a la terraza privada que proporciona una barbacoa y un comedor al aire libre para disfrutar de una comida recién asada. Perfectamente preparado para disfrutar de la brisa cálida, las palmeras y las vistas del campo de golf. Una sala de polvo también se encuentra en este nivel.

    El amplio dormitorio principal se encuentra en el piso de arriba y tiene una cama tamaño King, un televisor de pantalla plana, una sala de estar y acceso a un lanai privado con vistas panorámicas de las calles. El baño principal contiguo ofrece dos lavabos, ducha con mampara de vidrio y una lujosa bañera para disfrutar. El segundo dormitorio también se encuentra en el nivel superior y ofrece una cama doble, televisor de pantalla plana y baño privado.

    Uno de los beneficios de ser huésped de esta casa adosada es que puedes disfrutar del Club de playa privado de Mauna Lani. Las cabañas y los sillones están ahí para que disfrutes, y la playa te da acceso a uno de los mejores lugares para bucear en la isla. The property had everything we needed for a week on the Big Island. The lanai was perfectly located to have morning breakfasts and watch the beautiful sunsets. Highly recommended.

Awesome location. Beautifully kept home.. we didn’t lack anything. The access to the club beach was a bonus. Pool was great as well. No complaints at all!! It was excellent and will definitely stay here the next time we visit!

Really enjoyed staying here. The Beach Club is a relaxing, easy beach day and snorkeling site. The Townhouse was perfect: location, cleanliness, organization, etc

Absolutely Paradise

We loved the entire experience. Condo was excellent, well appointed, equipped with everything like home, great beds and just very welcoming. Loved the pool and Beach Club.Overall highly recommend!

Fun summer vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was perfect size for a family 4 and conveniently located to the shops, the pool and the beach club. The condo was clean and comfortable and the management was attentive to our needs. A good home base for all the fun and adventure the big island has to offer.

Excellent property

Exactly as described online. By far the cleanest Hawaiian condo we have rented ( and we have rented many) and it doesn’t miss a thing as far as amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our family of four to celebrate our daughter’s 13th birthday and Christmas. The home was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location felt truly private and serene, making it easy to relax and enjoy the Big Island. The concierge service was also incredibly helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others without hesitation.

Another perfect stay

We had a great stay in Mauna Lani! The house was clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds and great air conditioning. It's quiet and close to the beaches and has great support from the management company. We can't wait to return!

Kona wedding trip

Although this was our first trip to Kona we will definitely be back. Mauna Lani resort area is beautiful and the condo was awesome and in a great location. We walked to the local coffee shop each morning and the Foodland grocery was so convenient. The pool was close to the unit and the view out the back patio made for stunning sunset photos!! All around a perfect vacation.

Great spot, great location

We love the Fairways in general, and have stayed in other condos there. We love this one because of the views of the golf course and sunsets. It's beautifully furnished (altho probably not great for kids because of glass tables and fine art that's breakable in places). The proximity to the pool is also great. We would stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

Could not have asked for a better stay! Beautiful property in a great location ~ beach & pool access, near Foodland market & other eateries, great view overlooking 12th fairway of Mauna Lani North course. Property manager even provided complimentary concierge services. We’ll be back soon!

Best view of the group

We went to Hawaii with a group of other families staying in various different fairways properties. They all enjoyed their stays, we all enjoyed the location and community but our specific unit (903) was by far the best location of them all. The view over the fairway, the sunset behind the palm trees and the short walk to the pool- this spot was the best!!

Wonderful stay

Everything was terrific, the bed was comfortable, the views of the golf course were fabulous. As others have mentioned the kitchen was well equipped. The only improvement I can think of would be to have a lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom, because the bathroom was not well lit.

Great townhome in nice location

We have stayed at the fairways 4 other times in another townhome but it was booked up. Decided to try this place and it was great. Really enjoyed the second floor balcony overlooking the golf course. We were a little worried about noisy golfers but it was quiet and there weren't that many. Cant beat access to the gated beach. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Nice pool we had to our selves several times. Highly recommend this place.
