Welcome to Wai'ula'ula at the Mauna Kea Resort!

Relax in this beautiful ground floor (K102) condominium, privately located in the newest of the resort developments known as Wai'ula'ula' -- with its breath-taking views of the Pacific, its golden sunsets year-round, as well as their beaches and golf courses at the Mauna Kea and the Hapuna Beach Prince Resorts. (Access to both beaches is available for purchase).

Enjoy this condominium with 2111 Sq. Ft. of living space and 626 Sq. Ft. wrap-around lanai with retractable doors.

Gather in the great room watching a movie on the HDTV flat panel TV with a premium cable package for any sports enthusiast or NetFlex advocate. Note the attention to detail of the interior design: the beautiful mahogany cabinets, doors, and trim work, golden tile in living space, and upgraded carpet in each guest room.

Connected to the great room is the gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar for casual dining. Prepare meals fit for King Kamehameha himself using Wolf gas range, and SubZero and Fisher & Paykel kitchen appliances.

Sleep in one of two master king suites with private lanai access, soaking tubs, showers, and dual sinks with upgraded counter-tops and mahogany throughout. Third guest room has two brand new Tommy Bahama queens beds perfect for a large family with a flat screen TV and large walk-in closet and exterior bath with shower.

This condo was so relaxing! The lanai was used daily with lots to see...mountains, ocean, nature, golfers, golfers looking for lost balls, goats, chaise lounging. Very beautiful and functional place!

Lovely Hawaiian Holiday

My family and I so enjoyed our stay. The unit is spacious and well-appointed. The furnishings are comfortable and stylish. They’ve thought of everything. From the copious pool and beach toys (noodles, floaties, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas) to the kitchen essentials that every traveling family needs like ample storage space for food, aluminum foil/baggies, Tupperware, and a well-stocked oil and spice cabinet, we had everything we needed to enjoy the week. There’s also a washer/dryer in the unit, fully stocked with detergent and stain removers. Truly a home away from home. It’s a quick drive to the Mauna Kea Resort and if you purchase the resort access for your stay, you’ll have access to the self-park lots/garages at both Mauna Kea Resort and the Westin at Hapuna making access to the nearby resort beaches easy. The property manager, Donna, was responsive and accommodating. Arrival/check-in was a snap. We will definitely be returning.

A perfect stay

This is a beautiful unit. It is extremely well -appointed. The view to the water is fantastic. Location is great. Having the resort facilities really makes it a great experience for all. The management is very impressive and responsive.

Wonderful 180-degree ocean view condo

The condo was perfect for our stay. We had an issue with the internet and Donna immediately had Spectrum on the phone and had it resolved. Donna was very helpful and we will be back. 10 stars out of 5 stars for Donna and the unit was well stocked and just perfect. We will be back! Dave

All around great!

The place was great for my family of 5. The sunset views were awesome! That was my favorite part. The pool and hot tub were really nice as well and we used the fitness center. The resort access was unclear as to whether it could be for a single day or the full trip. Be advised you have to book it for the whole trip and they publish the daily rate. The local public beach (hapuna beach state park) was great and right next to the resort beach and the community pool was nicer than the resort pool.

Lovely condo, great amenities, better view!

In my opinion, the listing undersells the space. The condo is spacious and well outfitted with luxurious finishes. The resort is beautiful - both beaches were fantastic. We were able to get a round of golf in too! So grateful to have been able to have a fun family get together in paradise! Donna was also excellent. Can’t wait to come back!

Awesome stay!

This is a property wherein one could move in and stay forever! There are so many thoughtful touches that rendered it unnecessary for my family and I to make extra trips to the grocery, big box or drug store. We would love to come back next year!

INCREDIBLE VIEW

The view stands out as the most wonderful part of our stay. Beautiful view of the water, golf course and goats frolicking in the long grasses. The condo is very nice built with high quality building materials - and it was soundproof! The AC was tricky but we got it figured out. The community pool snd workout room were perfect for our group!

Perfect Mauna Kea Condo!

This is our 6th stay at Mauna Kea and this was our favorite Wai Ula Ula condo. It’s in a perfect location and very well appointed. Don’t hesitate to rent this condo! Donna was so easy to work with and our check in was a breeze!

Genuine perfection

The home was beyond beautiful, with lovely, like-new furnishings and the most amazing view in the world. Access to the resort was easy, and a wonderful asset to make the stay even more pleasant. The location was superb - easy to get to a variety of attractions across the island, and just a great a spot for staying home and doing R&R. The host was responsive, friendly, and so helpful. Best trip ever!

We loved sharing this beautiful condo with our family and can’t wait to go back again, next year. The furnishings had everything we needed to make the stay very comfortable. Donna Brucato was especially accommodating and made our stay effortless with regards to check-in and check-out and everything in between.

Nice place but hit with after the fact price increase

The unit was very nice, great view, excellently furnished and well stocked with dishes and supplies. The local pool was nice but not well maintained as the spa jets did not work nor did outside shower or gate locks (gate was left open so could get in). The resort to which the unit belonged was a separate checkin process, at additional cost but was very beautiful. After paying in full well in advance as required we were hit with a price increase. Given we had already made and paid for travel including international travel to bring family we were stuck in paying the price increase. In the dozens of units we have stayed in over the years we have never been hit with a retroactive price increase.
