With 3,700 square feet of living space and an expansive 2,000 square feet of covered lanai, it’s built for both comfort and unforgettable sunsets.

Thoughtfully designed for family bliss. Inside, you’ll find two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a Sub-Zero fridge, propane stovetop, and walk‑in pantry—perfect for preparing meals or gathering with family. A dedicated keiki (children’s) play area comes with a small table and chairs, toys, high chair, and pack‑and‑play, making it ultra‑family-friendly.

Comfort in every room. All four bedrooms feature air conditioning—though the common living spaces remain open-air, embracing that beautiful Hawaiian breeze. The primary suite on the ground floor includes a king bed, TV, and walk-in closet, connected via a Jack-and-Jill bathroom to a second king-bedded room. An additional full bath opens to the lanai and pool area for added convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find a third bedroom with one queen and two twin beds, as well as a fourth bedroom with a king bed—serviced by a full bathroom with double sinks.

Family Vacation

The house was well-stocked and roomy. We very much enjoyed the pool and lanai. The views were breathtaking. We also appreciated the use of pool toys. I would definitely recommend this property for families

Perfect vacation house

Our family of 10 enjoyed a week at Puako and were so sad to leave. The house had everything we needed, as well as a pool that the kids loved and a small beach with great snorkeling. Larger beaches were within a short driving distance. The house is comfortable but not fussy and Mary the property manager was so great with communication. We hope to be back!

Wonderful time in paradise

A very comfortable house nicely organized with all the amenities we could need. There was even a special play area for kids. We played every day in the pool and walked the short distance to the special beach. Great communication and support from Mary!

Love the water!

We had 10 people staying here, ranging in age from 2 to 74, and it was great....plenty of room. If you love to swim and/or snorkel, this property will fill the bill. We had lots of fun in the pool as a family, especially with our night swims before bed. The beach we walked to is only a 3 or 4 minute walk, has shade, turtles, and great snorkeling. This beach is not good for boogie boarding due to the rocks (the rocks help with the snorkeling, though), however there is a good boogie boarding beach just a few minutes away in the car. The manager was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this house.

Excellent 2 week stay.

Excellent 2 week stay. Family of 4 stayed, short 3 minute walk to nice beach for snorkeling and hanging out. Close drive over to Hapuna which is a bigger beach for more snorkeling and boogie-boarding. The house has plenty of space, much more than needed for family of 4. It was really nicely appointed, beautiful artwork, all the amenities. 2Papayas were very attentive and friendly property managers.

Multi-generational Family Hawaii Celebration

Our stay in this property was amazing! In fact, it exceeded our expectations; posted pictures do not do justice to the home. The home is beautiful and spacious--very adequate for our family of twelve with an age range of 7-71. The home was clean and supplied with all the necessities needed for our week together. The children loved the large pool and quick access to the beach. While air conditioning is in all the bedrooms, it is not in the living areas of the home which made for some hot Hawaiian days, the only downside, and yet not a spoiler of our week. Communication with the property manager was excellent with quick responses to our questions and concerns prior to our arrival and while there. We highly recommend this home to other families considering a visit to the Big Island.

Perfect!

We were two families traveling together - 4 adults and 5 children, ages 12-16. This house was absolutely perfect. The pictures don't do it justice as it is quite a bit larger than it appears. The outdoor space is plentiful and there are so many different areas to hang out. It rained a few days and because so much is covered, we still enjoyed the outdoors. The rooms are all sizable and the two main living areas are quite large. The location was also great, just steps to a nice beach (where you can watch the sunset) and only a short drive to the resort areas for groceries, restaurants and shopping. You can't go wrong with this house and 2 Papayas does a lovely job managing it.

Beautiful home. Great for our family get-together.

The house was beautiful and spacious for the seven of us. Lots of nooks to settle in, and great views of the lovely landscaping everywhere through the window-walls in the living room and kitchen. Loved having the beach nearby. Had everything we could have wanted, and more!
