Mauna Lani Terrace J103

Sophisticated, contemporary three bedroom condominium located at the point where the ancient fish ponds meet the Pacific. Enjoy the wide, unobstructed view from your lanai with your morning coffee and your sunset cocktail.

Recently renovated, Mauna Lani Terrace J103 features imported white lacquer cabinets and white porcelain floors. Lava walls, stone details and fine artwork bring the natural beauty of the ponds indoors.

The chef's kitchen includes Miele and Subzero appliances, All Clad cookware, Wusthof cutlery and Cuisenart equipment. The pantry is ready with spices, and the china cabinet is filled with modern white dinnerware. All you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

The great room opens out to the pond and ocean views. Comfortable leather seating fills the living and dining areas. A wet bar includes a wine cabinet, a variety of glassware and mugs, and coffee and tea making equipment.

An office area off the kitchen lets those who need to stay in touch with work to do so while still enjoying a wide ocean view.

A large 4K HD smart Sony TV with high quality sound bar occupies the living room wall. Sign into your own media accounts including Amazon, Netflix, Sirus and Pandora. There are smaller smart HD TVs in each bedroom. High speed internet is accessible throughout the apartment.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and private lanai. The master bath has a large shower area and a "slipper" soaking tub.

The first guest room has a queen size bed walk in closet and small lanai. The queen bath features a shower in tub and large vanity.

The second guest room has two extra long twin beds (which can be set up as a king), and a large lanai. The twin bath has a walk-in shower and two vanities.

The laundry room included a stacked washer and dryer, and all necessary cleaning equipment.

Fabulous Terrace condo with great 1st floor location

The condo was great, well-equipped and the first floor location made it easier to go to the beach and pool through the patio doors. We are returning next year for the same unit. The only issue we had was the 3 or the 4 camp chairs available in the beach closet were broken, but the manager is going to replace them.

Private corner with spectacular view.

This corner unit was fantastic. A nice stroll to the private beach for snorkeling or a stroll the other direction to have an amazing cocktail at the Auberge Bar.

Perfect!

The property manager was so helpful and the check in was seamless. The location was central to the Bay Club and the hotel where most of our family was staying. The condo was gorgeous and cozy. Even though you can tell the condo was recently renovated it did have a lot of wear and tear from previous guests. The kitchen supplies were a little gross- definitely not as clean as I would like (greasy, still had food remnants). Aside from that, the condo was wonderful and I can’t complain.

Great Home and Incredible Location

Planned a quick trip for 5 days to Hawaii. It was somewhat last minute but we were very lucky to find this place. Beautiful home with 3 bedrooms and incredible views. We have stayed at the Mauna Lani Hotel many times or in condos in the area but never at the Terraces. Don't want to stay anywhere else. Proximity to the beach, terrific snorkeling and great restaurants was wonderful as everything was in walking distance. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and would sit on the lanai with a cold drink and enjoy. I would highly recommend this spot.

Perfect Hawaiian retreat

Property was lovely, private porch. Great bbq/picnic area. Close to good snorkeling. Tons of wildlife. Pretty unit. Appliances a little hard to use. But guest book explained it. Nice to have boogie boards, chairs, coolers in the unit!

Amazing!

Beautiful property. Gorgeous interior design, fully equipped with kitchen and beach things, comfortable and quiet. Three quiet beaches within a couple minutes walk- one just outside the doors. Views are stunning. Lovely pool. Turtles sleep on the beach at night. Walk to a few fine restaurants, a couple at the nearby hotel and more just up the beach.
