The home is beautiful as well as functional…lots of conversation areas!!! The pool is great, clean, and came with fun toys for little kids. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with quality pans, coffee makers, knives, and utensils. Peter is extremely responsive and great to work with!! Our big kids enjoyed the foosball, the ping pong table and the cornhole game. I can highly recommend this home.

Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Hale Mele 2. The house was perfect for our large family. The house is well equipped and met our family's needs. We spent a lot of time in the pool and relaxing on the large balcony. The property is beautiful and in a great location. Peter was great at communicating with me before and during our stay. We hope we can come back one day.

Wow! What a relaxing wonderful stay! This what just what our family needed. We were a big family of 13 with teenagers and adults ranging to 79. The neatest thing about this house it basically had a couple of master suites so all the adults felt like they were getting a big king bed and bathroom and having a relaxing great trip even though you were sharing the house with the others. We put all the the boy cousins in the multiple bed room and the girl cousins in the upstairs bedroom. The house is very clean and lots of thoughtful details. We loved the golf cart and it made it easy to go to the beach club. We hiked and got in the ocean to look in the tide pools. We loved the beach club--- you could lay out on the lounge chairs and the cabanas and then snorkel in the lagoon. We saw all kinds of fish, turtles and dolphins. We did not try out the bikes but lots of people were biking in the neighborhood. The pool was nice too and we enjoyed it as well. We cooked out and the balcony is amazing the sunsets and sunrises are just amazing!! You can't get enough of the balcony. Anything you need to make breakfast or dinner is in the kitchen. There is a washer upstairs and downstairs if you need to do laundry. The best thing is the house has plenty of room for 13 people. We never felt cramped or on top of anyone. You can sit and visit and play games. We played poker and some card games. Mauna Lani is a great location --close to shopping, restaurants, and golf.Stay here!

Totally Awesome

This property was spacious and luxurious in so many ways. The size of the property fit well for our 11 family members and and it had been decorated very nicely for Christmas. There was plenty for the kids to do whether it was the pool and hot tub, foosball, Xbox, or ping-pong. The Mauna Lani area was also beautiful and a very easy location to access. The clubhouse, restaurant and beach club were also amazing. It was also a very relaxing atmosphere for the adults. The host were very accommodating and easy to work with. Whenever we had questions, they immediately responded. We would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home for a group!

We loved our stay here! The room configurations were great for a group. We spent our early mornings on the deck watching the sun come up! The golf cart and ebikes were a fun way to head to the beach and the shops. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We would certainly stay here again!

Place to make memories

This property is an absolutely fantastic place for family and friends to stay. We stayed with three couples and combined six kids. The layout is great, as it has plenty of space for people to lounge and not feel crowded. Every morning we were upstairs on the patio enjoying coffee and the beautiful views of the mountains, and each evening we sat and watched the gorgeous sunsets. The golf cart, regular and electric bikes were fantastic for going to and from the beach club. Peter was the most responsive owner/host I’ve ever communicated with and would trust he will help with whatever he can to make your stay more enjoyable. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Hale Mele 2 and will hopefully be back before long!

Perfect home for large family get together!

Photos on line VRBO does not do this beautiful and spacious home justice. Peter and Theresa are incredibly generous hosts to share this sanctuary of a space with our family. From pack and plays provided for the 4 month old to bedrooms on the main floor level for those with limited mobility, everybody had their own space to enjoy. We look forward to time in the future when we can enjoy every sunrise and sunset from the round outdoor patio. Thank you, Peter and Theresa!

Gorgeous Property

This property is beautiful! This huge house has gorgeous views (ocean and mountain) and everything you can ask for to make our stay amazing. Communication with the owner was excellent. He always replied to any inquiries that I had in a timely manner. So pleased with our stay. I will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you Peter!
