About the Space:

- 4 Bedrooms with king sized beds and 4 bathrooms: Restful sleep is guaranteed in each of the four bedrooms in this custom home, three with their own ensuites. There are two bedrooms on opposite corners of the home, one is a very well-appointed primary suite with his/her sinks, free standing soaker tub and indoor and outdoor showers. The second bedroom is private, spacious and has a large bathroom close by with a walk-in shower. The other two guest bedrooms are situated in the courtyard ohanas, each of them private with their own ensuites.

- Versatile Flex Room: An optional 5th sleeping space awaits in the multipurpose room with addition of the retractable Murphy bed tucked away beneath the media wall. TV, movies or office by day, bedroom by night

- Outdoor Living: The private backyard features lush tropical plants, a Freeform pool, waterfall spa, and plenty of space for lounging or dining. The pool is heated seasonally, additional heating is available for a fee. The spa is heated on demand with the control board.

- Elegant Interiors: Curated Restoration Hardware furnishings throughout give the home a cohesive, upscale look and feel.The expansive indoor living area includes custom designed fretwork accent panels on the ceiling and sliding glass doors to merge the indoor and outdoor spaces.

- Chef’s kitchen: With Wolf 6 burner gas range, Sub-Zero Fridge, luxurious cabinetry, and outdoor BBQ. We have stocked the cupboards and drawers with all the comforts of home so you can take advantage of all the local fare. There is dining for eight both indoors and outdoors to enjoy your creations in the kitchen.

Additional Amenities:

- Nohea Amenity Center: Free-form pool, gym, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
The property is stocked for the beach with beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. There are also four bikes available for use during your stay.

- Mauna Lani Beach Club pass for exclusive access to a pristine beach, great snorkeling, and the Napua Restaurant. A short walk away from the condo through the adjacent fishpond trail. It provides a safe swimming and snorkelling experience, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, and showers. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear!

- Mauna Lani Sports Club pass for exclusive access to the Sports Club, an off-site affiliate of the Auberge Hotel, offering tennis, pickleball, a 25-meter lap pool and fitness center. For clarity, this membership does not grant access to the Auberge Hotel and their on-site amenities.

**Please note this is a new community and there are homes being constructed including a neighbouring home to lot 6. Construction is intermittent between 7-5 on weekdays only, and we are happy to provide updated construction details at any time. Our prices have been adjusted to reflect the construction**

A nightly fee of $150 USD will be charged for each additional guest exceeding 6.

The Mauna Lani Resort offers world-class restaurants at both 5-star hotels, The Fairmont Orchid and The Auberge at Mauna Lani. The nearby Shops at Mauna Lani include Tommy Bahama's Restaurant and Boutique and several other dining opportunities, art galleries, gift shops, and Foodland Farms grocery store, which features a deli, bakery, meat, seafood, and fully stocked wine and cheese departments.

If you're a golf fanatic, tee off at one of the two Francis H. I'i Brown 18-hole courses within the resort or many others that span the Big Island, known as Hawaii's golf capital!

Also, there are many walking tours, helicopter rides, and zip line activities in the area, or you can easily organize an excursion to the top of Mauna Kea or Volcanoes National Park, where the famous Kilauea volcano is located. Take advantage of Waipio Valley's ancient Hawaiian heritage, waterfalls, and incredible vistas. Tour Kona's coffee country, where one of the world's best premium coffees is grown on the slopes of the Hualalai and Mauna Loa volcanoes.

Our family had the best time at Nohea. The house was the most well stocked house I have ever stayed in. The furnishings are just beautiful and everyone said the beds were comfortable. The only bad part was leaving! Can't wait to go back!

We had a fabulous stay at this property in Mauna Lani. The house is very nice, well appointed and fully stocked with all kitchen necessities. It fit our family of 8 perfectly. We loved the close proximity to the gym, beach, and several restaurants. The hosts could not have been more accommodating or responsive. We would love to come back another time.

We absolutely loved our time at this home. Communication was top notch with Lissette - she made sure we were all set from the moment we arrived until we departed. The community is within Mauna Lani. It was perfect and the home was stocked with anything and everything we needed from an amazing kitchen with high end appliances and every cooking tool every needed (kids LOVED the waffle maker) to the bicycles and beach gear. We will definitely be back to this gorgeous home!

An Oasis on the Kona Coast

This is a special property. 100% we are coming back the next time we're on the Big Island. Not only because it is relatively new, with all new appliances, kitchenware, towels, furniture, ... but also because of the quality of the layout, the welcoming nature of the hosts/manager, and the location. We used just about every aspect that the house had to offer, including the bikes (which we took around to the Fairmont, shopping areas, and the Mauna Lani), the beachware, and the private pool/hottub. This is what attracted us to this property. But what we didn't quite understand until we got there was just how close (and relatively private) the community gym and pool facility is. We also didn't quite appreciate ahead of time just how hectic the resorts would be during Spring Break -- we got to partake in what we wanted there and then retreat to our Oasis. This is our first time renting a private home on the Big Island after 25 years of coming here. Hard to see how we'll ever go back to hotels after this wonderful experience. Thank you!!

Nohea Luxury

Abita (Megan/Owner) and Homechex (Lissette/Manager) were both wonderful to work with and have curated a beautiful luxury home just a chipshot away from the beeches in front of, and adjacent to, the Mauna Lani resort. Nohea #6 is an exceptionally designed luxury home that combines indoor and outdoor living. The interior is impeccably designed and is provisioned with high end appliances and an open concept with 2 bedrooms/2 baths (and a murphy bed in the entertainment/office room). The large back patio/pool deck leads to a detached guest house that is 2 beds/2 baths where our young adult daughters used for their living spaces. The layout of the property with the main house/garage/guest house + pool/hot tub/patio created an indoor/outdoor living space that we all loved. We loved using the beech gear that they provide, in addition to having the bikes available to explore the immediate vicinity. The beech club access is always a plus, but we also rode the bikes to the Mauna Lani resort with our beech towels and explored via foot the tidal pools between the two resorts along the beech. This house is immaculate and you'll find yourself having trouble wanting to leave for the day to explore the island!!! 5 out of 5.....

Beautiful property

The Mauna Lani area is the best on the big island. If you are looking for a property for a larger group this is perfect. The home is beautiful, and was perfect for the four couples. The location is good with a short walk to the beach, Mauna Lani resort, and shopping area with market and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.
