"The hotel and the room was very old and should be renovated urgently. The fridge was not clean and there was no shampoo in the shower. Staff is very kind and helpful. The location was not that good, because there were only local restaurants nearby. The price was ok for all that. "

"I booked for my father. He said that the room soooooo narrow and smells bad. He doesn’t have a pleasant stay for the night and he don’t want to stay anymore at this hotel. I would encourage any tourists to avoid Sandakan in general, as there’s nothing to do, and just base yourself in Sepilok. If you have to stay in Sandakan, only stay here as a last resort."
